8、y polyethylene standard spectrum.3.3.- DSC 鉴 别 Identification by DSC: 剪取约 12mg 袋子塑料片。在 40 至 200 C 间，升温速度 4C/min，氮气层下进行热谱图测试。然后以同样的速度降温至 40 C。与 USP 低密度聚乙烯标准热谱图比较。报告获得的样品和标准的峰值并进行比较。 Cut a section of the bag of about 12 mg. Carry out the thermogram under nitrogen blanket between 40 and 200C, and at a
9、warming-up rate of 4C/min. Then cool down to 40C at the same speed. Compare with the reference USP low density polyethylene standard thermogram. Report peak value obtained by the sample and the standard and compare both values. 3.4.- 重 金 属 Heavy metals: 量 取 不 挥 发 残 留 物 项 下 的 水 浸 液 20mL， 根 据 SOPQ-017
10、 进 行 重 金 属 限 度 测 试 。With 20 mL of the aqueous extract from the non-volatile residue, carry out the limit test for heavy metals according to SOPQ-017.3.5.- 不挥发残留物 Non-volatile residue:剪 取 边 长 约 24.5cm 的 正 方 形 塑 料 样 品 (600 cm2/面 , 两 面 1200 cm2)， 再 剪 成 条 状 （ 约35cm） ， 放 入 500mL 锥 形 瓶 中 ， 加 250mL 水 洗 ， 搅
11、 拌 30 秒 。 倒 出 洗 液 ， 再 重 复 洗 两次 。 最 后 加 入 200mL 水 提 取 ， 于 70 保 温 24 小 时 。取 50mL 水 浸 液 ， 同 时 取 50mL 水 作 空 白 试 验 ， 减 压 蒸 馏 至 干 ， 再 在 1052 干 燥 至 恒 重 ，在 干 燥 器 中 冷 却 。 计 算 水 浸 液 与 水 空 白 对 照 的 差 值 即 得 。Cut a plastic square of 24.5 cm per side (600 cm2/side, 1200 cm2 of surface). Cut the square into strips
12、of about 3 x 5 mm with a cutter. Place the strips into a 500-mL conical flask, wash with 250 mL of water and stir for 30 sec. Decant the cleaning water and repeat twice. Finally, add 200 mL of water for the extraction. Keep at 70C for 24 h.Determine the residue with 50 mL extract. At the same time,
13、perform a blank determination of the extraction water (50mL). Evaporate at reduced pressure almost to dryness, and evaporate to dryness in an oven at 105C until constant weight. Cool in a desiccator. Determine the residue by difference between the extract and the corresponding blank of water.3.6.- 炽
