1、随着经济的不断发展，在这个特殊的背景下，经济增长速度与质量占据很重要的地位。然而，目前我国政府的金融管理制度在促进当地经济发展的同时，也存在因为过度干预或控制金融体系，使得两个实体相互制约，出现滞后的现象。所以认识到我国政府金融管理体制中的发展现状，探讨怎样加强政府金融管理体制，已成为目前急迫需要处理的主要问题。一、我国地方政府金融管理体系的现状拟定与实施金融发展的计划，并利用各种激励的方法，推动金融业的迅速发展，确保金融规划的实行。在我国政府的金融管理体制的进展中存在相应的问题，政府拟定的整体金融的发展策划，是按照自己的情况来制定的，将与当地政府的宏观管理的特点结合起来，经由有效的管理建立整
