2、能 ,绿 色 环 保 ,既 是 必 要 的 ,也 是 迫 切 的 。绿 色 物 流 作 为 全 新 的 现 代 物 流 形 态 在 我 国 尚 处 在 起 步 阶 段 ， 作 为 一 种 新 的 物流 模 式 ， 绿 色 物 流 符 合 可 持 续 发 展 的 要 求 和 人 类 生 存 发 展 的 利 益 ， 代 表 了 未 来 物流 发 展 的 方 向 和 趋 势 。 文 章 中 采 用 了 SWOT 分 析 法 对 我 国 绿 色 物 流 发 展 现 状 进 行研 究 并 得 出 了 适 合 我 国 的 绿 色 物 流 发 展 战 略 。 文 章 分 析 了 我 国 发 展 绿 色 物
3、流 的 迫切 性 与 必 然 性 ， 解 剖 了 我 国 绿 色 物 流 发 展 过 程 中 存 在 的 各 种 制 约 因 素 ， 并 结 合 当今 绿 色 物 流 发 展 的 趋 势 ， 有 针 对 性 的 提 出 了 我 国 发 展 绿 色 物 流 必 须 解 放 思 想 ， 确立 发 展 绿 色 物 流 的 全 新 理 念 ； 完 善 绿 色 物 流 的 政 策 环 境 和 经 济 环 境 ； 大 力 开 发 和采 用 绿 色 物 流 技 术 ； 加 强 物 流 信 息 系 统 的 标 准 化 体 系 建 设 ； 加 快 绿 色 物 流 的 基 础设 施 规 划 和 建 设 ； 加 强
