1、沈阳航空工业学院毕业设计（论文）I楼盘销售管理系统沈阳航空工业学院毕业设计（论文）II摘 要楼盘销售管理系统是一个盖楼、售楼企业的通用软件，在针对目前的市场、销售等企业调研的基础上，总结其优劣，力图制作适合绝大多数类似企业的自动化软件。本设计论文的内容，围绕楼盘销售管理系统展开。楼盘销售管理系统是典型的信息管理系统,其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强.数据安全性好的库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备,易使用等特点。该系统就是依据以上两点，主要把功能划分为楼盘的查询，销售管理员对楼盘的登记、管理，及对员工的信息维护等。不在
