1、1广东省中小学第四届教育创新论文二等奖作者：罗琼友I would rather watch sports shows than those ones教学年级：九年级课题名称： Unit 6 Topic1 Section A教材版本：湖南教育出版社授课时间：45 分钟一、 学情分析龙塘一中是清远市经济开发区内的一所乡镇学校，是当地唯一的一所初中学校，每间课室都设有教学平台。我校 2010 届九年级共 14 个平衡班，我所教的三、四两班共 84 位学生在八年级期末考试时，英语合格率为 16.7%（14 人） ，优秀率为 10.7%（9 人） ，所以英语科底子薄弱。经过一个学期的教学，英语成绩有较大
2、提高，合格率为 28.6%（24 人） ，优秀率为 21.4%（18 人） 。学生对英语学习有浓厚的兴趣，已养成良好的预习和复习的习惯。这些初中生比较活泼、好奇心强、模仿能力强、表现欲和自尊心强，喜欢能和他们平等交流的老师；他们喜欢新鲜事物，对老师所讲的一些人和事表现出好奇，对一些电视和电影的人物、对一些歌星球星和电影明星也较为熟悉，能说出他们的特点。作为九年级的学生，他们已有小组合作的经验，也具备一定的逻辑表述能力。但因为当地学风不浓，而且现在学生的课外活动多、人际交往也多，造成他们对学习不够专心，所以老师要抓住课文重点，充分利用课堂时间帮助他们对重点词汇和句型的巩固记忆，通过迅速提高他们的
3、英语成绩来提高他们对英语学习的兴趣。二、 教材分析本课是新湘教九年级下 Unit 6 Topic1 Section A 。本课题谈论的内容比较接近中学生的生活，是学生熟悉的话题。通过谈论各种电视节目以及不同的节目形式和内容，表达各自的喜好,例如谈论电视和电影人物如喜洋洋和灰太狼，亮剑中的李云龙，雪豹中的周卫国等。本课的语法项目以学习句型表达 like (doing) better than (doing)/preferto和 would rather do than do / prefer to do rather tnan do 为主。2通过本课的学习，学生的英语表达能力得到提高。并在完成任
4、务的同时获得发表自我感受的乐趣，显示自己的课外知识，增强自信心；培养学生捕捉信息、对人和事物进行分析和评价的能力；教师与学生平等交流心得，增进师生感情，可以促进学生对我英语科的兴趣。三、 语言目标1.I would rather watch sports shows than those ones.2.I prefer to watch sports shows rather than those ones.3.I prefer Human and Nature to The Same Song.4. 5、ong.四、 教学重点1. 利用目标语言谈论电视节目，谈论电影，谈论电视中的人物（包括主角和配角），谈论电影明星。2. 介绍一些名电影和电视片如泰坦尼克号、喜洋洋、哈利波特、亮剑、西游记、红帽子、憨豆先生以及新闻最前线和走进科学等稍有名气的电视节目，谈论其中的人物特点，表达喜恶。3. 指导学生用目标语言表达对英语学习的真实感受，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。4. 让各个学习层次的学生有发表自我感受的机会，满足学生的表现欲，培养学生的成就感以及培养学生的合作交流的能力。五、 教具准备多媒体教学平台，自制课件，教学录音带。六、 课前准备1、 课前要求学生预习本课内容，抓住关键句型。2、收集和记录自己看过
6、的的电视节目，按照电视剧、儿童节目、新闻节目、体育节目、科教节目和娱乐节目进行分类；了解一些名片如泰坦尼克号、西游记、亮剑、福尔摩斯、柯南等的故事梗概，能够判断科幻小说、戏剧、悲剧、恐怖片、动作片、纪录片和卡通片等电影类别。七、 教学过程 : 1. Brainstorming 头脑风暴式搜索已有知识（6 分钟）3Ask students this question, “What kinds of TV programs have you ever watched ?”Let the students discuss for about 5 minutes.Help them to say in
