6、硕 士 学 位 论 文摘 要部 分 线 性 模 型 是 二 十 世 纪 八 十 年 代 发 展 起 来 的 一 类 重 要 的 统 计 模 型 ， 该 模 型包 含 了 参 数 分 量 与 非 参 数 分 量 ， 能 充 分 有 效 的 利 用 数 据 信 息 ， 一 般 会 更 接 近 于 实际 问 题 ， 较 参 数 回 归 模 型 与 非 参 数 回 归 模 型 有 更 强 的 解 释 能 力 和 广 泛 的 适 应 性 .此 外 ， 由 于 实 际 问 题 中 的 条 件 或 假 定 ， 使 得 模 型 的 参 数 往 往 带 有 一 定 的 约 束 ， 因此 我 们 在 约 束 条
7、件 下 研 究 部 分 线 性 模 型 具 有 理 论 意 义 和 实 用 价 值 .本 文 主 要 研 究 的 是 部 分 线 性 模 型 在 线 性 部 分 受 等 式 约 束 时 的 统 计 诊 断 问 题 ，共 分 为 五 章 .首 先 介 绍 了 统 计 诊 断 的 内 容 和 意 义 ， 部 分 线 性 模 型 的 研 究 现 状 ， 并且 提 出 了 文 本 的 工 作 安 排 .作 为 本 文 工 作 进 行 的 基 础 ,第 2 章 给 出 了 本 文 涉 及 到 的矩 阵 代 数 、 矩 阵 微 商 和 随 机 变 量 分 布 的 知 识 ， 并 着 重 介 绍 了 影 响
8、 点 、 异 常 点 和 残差 的 定 义 .第 3 章 基 于 两 阶 段 估 计 ， 首 先 介 绍 了 约 束 条 件 下 的 部 分 线 性 回 归 模 型的 估 计 问 题 ， 给 出 了 参 数 部 分 、 非 参 数 部 分 及 方 差 的 估 计 ， 并 与 极 大 似 然 估 计 作了 比 较 ， 其 次 对 模 型 进 行 了 影 响 分 析 ， 通 过 数 据 删 除 模 型 得 到 了 检 验 异 常 点 和 强影 响 点 的 一 些 诊 断 统 计 量 ： 残 差 、 参 数 部 分 与 非 参 数 部 分 的 Cook 统 计 量 、 WK 统计 量 . 第 4 章
9、 介 绍 了 基 于 均 值 漂 移 模 型 的 诊 断 方 法 ， 给 出 了 漂 移 模 型 与 删 除 模 型的 等 价 性 定 理 的 证 明 ， 得 到 了 检 验 异 常 值 的 F 检 验 统 计 量 ， 接 着 介 绍 了 基 于 方 差加 权 模 型 的 诊 断 方 法 ， 给 出 了 方 差 齐 性 检 验 的 Score 检 验 统 计 量 ， 最 后 通 过 数 值模 拟 和 实 例 分 析 验 证 了 本 文 统 计 诊 断 方 法 的 有 效 性 .关 键 词 ： 统 计 诊 断 ;线 性 约 束 ;异 常 点 ;影 响 分 析 ;诊 断 统 计 量II硕 士 学
10、位 论 文AbstractThe partially linear model has been developed an important statisticalmodel since 1980s. This kind of model contains both the parametric andnonparametric components. So this model can fully use of data informationeffectively and describe the actual problem more. It has stranger explanat
11、ionsand more implements than the parametric and nonparametric models. Due to theconditions or hypothesis in the actual problem, the parameters of the modelhave certain restraints. Hence, it has theoretical and practical significance tostudy the partially linear model with restriction condition.This
12、paper is concerned with statistical diagnostics for the partially linearmodel when the linear part is under equality constraints, it includes 5 chapters.First, the content and the significance of statistical diagnostics, the researchstatus of the partially linear model are introduced and we put forw
13、ard the workarrangement. As the basis of this paper,we introduce the relevant knowledge ofthe matrix algebra, matrix derivative and the random variable distribution, thedefinitions of influence point, outlier and residuals are introduced emphaticallyin chapter 2. In chapter 3, with the method of the
14、 two stage estimation, wediscuss the estimation of parameters for the partially linear model with equalityconstraints, then we give the estimation of the parametric and nonparametriccomponents and the variance, and compare the two stage estimation with themaximum likelihood estimation. After that, W
15、e provide the influence analysisto this model and get some test statistics through the case deletion model, forexample the residuals, cook statistics of the parametric and nonparametriccomponents and the W-K statistic. In chapter 4, we study the mean shift outliermodel and prove the equivalence theo
16、rem for case deletion model and meanshift outlier model, then we get the F test statistic. Next we study the caseweighted model and put forward the Score test statistic. Last, the stochasticsimulation and data analysis are given to illustrate the validity of statisticaldiagnostic measures.Key Words: Statistical diagnostics; Linear
