10、设工程委托监理合同Part II Standard Conditions第二部分 标准条件Definitions, Applicable Ranges and Laws词语定义, 适用范围和法规Article 1 The following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them except where the context otherwise requires:第 一 条 下 列 名 词 和 用 语 ， 除 上 下 文 另 有 规 定 外 ， 具 有 如 下 所 赋 予 的 含 义 :(1) Proje
11、ct means the project for which the supervision services are to be provided.工 程 是 指 实 施 委 托 人 委 托 监 理 人 监 理 的 工 程 。(2) Client means the party who is responsible for the direct investment and who employs the Supervisor, and legal successors to the Client.委 托 人 是 指 承 担 直 接 投 资 责 任 和 委 托 监 理 业 务 的 一 方 ,
12、以 及 其 合 法 继 承 人 。(3) Supervisor means the party who is employed by the Client to perform supervision services and assume supervision liabilities, and legal successors to the Supervisor.监 理 人 是 指 委 托 承 担 监 理 业 务 和 监 理 责 任 的 一 方 ,以 及 其 合 法 继 承 人 .(4) Supervision Team means the group of staff sent by t
13、he Supervisor to carry out supervision on the site of the Project.监 理 机 构 是 指 监 理 人 派 驻 本 工 程 现 场 实 施 监 理 业 务 的 组 织 .(5) Chief Supervision Engineer means the person certificated by the local authority as Chief Supervision Engineer and designated by the Client and Supervisor to be fully responsible f
14、or supervising the execution of the Contract.总 监 理 工 程 师 是 指 经 当 地 政 府 部 门 认 证 为 的 总 监 理 工 程 师 并 且 由 委 托 人 及 监 理 人指 定 对 监 督 履 行 本 合 同 全 权 负 责 的 人 .(6) Contractor means the person(s) other than the Supervisor with whom the Client signs contract in relation to the construction of the Project.承 包 人 是 指 除 监 理 人 以 外 ,委 托 人 就 本 工 程 的 建 设 有 关 事 宜 签 订 合 同 的 当 事 人 .(7) Project Supervisors Normal Services means the scope of supervision work prescribed in the Conditions of Particular Application. 6 / 25
