1、安徽卫生职业技术学院学报2010年第9卷第1期 症状。用力排便时可引起心脑血管疾病等严重并发 症。本研究在对患者实施常规护理治疗的基础上， 运用护理程序。结合患者的病情、文化程度、对疾病 相关知识的了解程度进行评估，充分了解患者及家 属对健康教育的需求，从生理心理、功能锻炼等方 面进行多样性、针对性的护理干预，让患者更具体 的了解自己的疾病及治疗相关知识，其改变不良生 活方式。自觉采纳有利于健康的行为和方式。干预 前。104例患者均有不同程度的便秘；干预后，教育 组总有效率为904，明显优于对照组(总有效率 788)。本研究表明护理干预显著改善了患者的临 床症状。提高了患者的舒适度，同时生活质
