3、络新闻媒体更是厚积薄发，真正发挥了新闻主流媒体之大家风范。相对于实践需求而言，网络新闻编辑的理论研究比较零散、不成系统，而且主要立足于编辑实务工作，缺乏理论深度和高度。本论文以网络新闻编辑的职业发展为研究视角，综合应用了文献分析、调查研究、案例分析等研究方法，避免了常见的单维度研究的缺陷，初步构建一个面向职业的包含工作流程、核心素养、关键因素和工作成效在内的研究框架。研究认为，网络新闻编辑同传统新闻编辑在本质上是相同的，两者遵循共同的新闻价值判断标准、工作基本原则、业务基本流程。但是在业务细节上，网络新闻编辑又形成+J，自身的特点：包括较强的技术依赖性、受众多层次的新闻需求和参与互动性、非线性
4、组织方式和快捷的组织呈现等。在价值定位上，网络新闻编辑需要在新闻报道的基础上发挥组织、升华与解读的作用。特别是在网络信息海量、质量层次不齐和缺乏成熟规范的环境下，网络新闻编辑的作用反而愈显重要。本论文通过四大门户网站“国庆专题报道的分析，展示了网络新闻编辑的发展现状，且进一步揭示其成功内质：网络新闻编辑必须首先保证新闻内容的真实、详实，然后根据网络受众的特点进行有效地组织呈现，最后还要注意在新闻传播中进行积极的舆论引导和用户互动。论文最后提出了网络新闻编辑发展创新的具体举措，包括：重视网络新闻的写作呈现和组织策划，打造成熟的网络新闻品牌；将新闻编辑的角色拓展到服务者，从受众新闻需求、个性化服务
