1、1医院获得性新生儿脓疱疮的病因分析及预防措施【摘要 】 目的：对医院获得性新生儿脓疱疮发生的可能病因进行分析并探讨其预防措施。方法： 对某院 4 月份产科出生的新生儿脓疱疮感染的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：38 例医院获得性脓疱疮感染主要病原菌是表皮葡萄球菌及大肠埃希氏菌等，出生45 天后的新生儿感染发生率明显上升（ P0.05） 。结论： 医务人员对新生儿皮肤处理不当及吸收不规范易引起新生儿脓疱疮感染的发生，采取积极有效的预防措施可减少新生儿医院获得性脓疱疮感染的发生机率。 【关键词】 新生儿脓疱疮院内感染预防措施Analysis on the Causes and Prevention
2、Methods of Hospital Acquired Impetigo NeonatorumAbstract Objective: To analyze relevant factors of hospital acquired impetigo neonatorum and to elucidate its prevention methods. 3、 were analyzed retrospectively. 2Results: In those 38 samples of neonatal impetigo infections, the main pathogens were epidermis staphylococcus and colon bacillus etc. Neonates born after 45 days got higher chances to catch hospital acquired impetigo neonatorum than others(P0.05). 5、ired; prevention methods新生儿脓疱疮是新生儿医院获得性感染性疾病之一13 ，一旦发病,疱疮数量迅速增多, 经久不愈,易并发全身感染及败血症，严重危害着新生儿的健康。我们对本院儿科 2006 年 4 月份发生的38 例新生儿脓疱疮病例进行回顾性分析，以探讨新生儿脓疱疮感染的原因及如何采取主动的预防措施。1 资料与方法31.1 临床资料38 例新生儿脓疱疮病例来自我院 2006 年 4 月份产科出生的 7天内的新生儿脓疱疮感染患儿全部按常规采集脓疱疮分泌物培养和药敏检测。1.2 诊断标准按照国家医院感染采用的统一标准医院感染管理规范 4 。1.3 统计方法计数资料采用 2 检验，SPSS 13.0 软件确切概率计算法。2 结果2.1 感染率与出生天数的关系本组 38 例感染的患儿中，出生后 23 天发生感染的为 7 例（25.9%） ，45 天为 19 例（76.0%） ，67 天为 12 例（52.2% ） 。各年龄组之间差别有统计学意义（P0.05） 。出生后 45 天感染发生率明显上升（P0.05） ，见表 1。 表 1 感染率与出生天数的4关系（略）
