4、： 内蒙古工业大学硕士学位论文 摘 要近年来，我国高等教育大力度扩招，一方面圆了家庭与学生的大学梦，同时也带来就业的困难。2014 年 727 万的大学应届毕业生，号称史上最难就业年。我国实现“科教兴国”的发展战略依托的是大学毕业生，大学毕业生能否充分就业，这不仅影响到学生及家庭的切身利益，而且关系到国家的宝贵人才资源能否发挥作用。因此，大学生职业生涯规划工作在高校教育工作中显得特别重要。一些发达国家的大学生职业生涯规划起步早，并且已经形成相对完整的理论及实践体系。但是我国职业生涯规划工作的起步很晚，理论研究处于初级阶段，实践体系基本处于空白。 本文以当前先进的职业生涯规划理论作为指导，采用调
5、查研究、访谈和文献研究等方法，了解学生和相关课程任课教师以及学生家长三方面有代表性的个体，分析并设计并展开相关的问卷调查，通过研究和分析，旨在了解内蒙古机电职业技术学院高职生职业生涯规划的现状。学生目前主要存在自我认知不足、盲目乐观、职业意识薄弱等职业生涯方面的问题；学校主要存在重视程度不够，相关课程普及低，辅助形式单一化、指导单向化等问题。内蒙古机电职业技术学院高职生职业生涯规划的对策研究中，明确职业生涯规划的目标，重在分析学院的改革方向。需要根据课程设置、咨询服务、社会实践专业、辅导人员及职业训练等方面内容来构建职业生涯规划的具体内容，还需要为学生发展构建政校企合作机制，努力通过学校辅导重

Meanwhile, it also brings the employment difficulty. There are 7.27 million graduates in 2014, which is known a
7、s the most difficult year to find jobs. Our development strategy of revitalizing China by education and science should mainly rely on the college graduates. Whether graduates can be employed or not does not only impact greatly on students and their families self-interest, but also concern that wheth
8、er our human resources can be fully put into use. Therefore, the work of helping college students to plan their career is getting very important. College students career planning started pretty early and has formed a completely theoretical and practical system in developed countries and regions. Whe
9、reas in China, career planning work started very late, and its theoretical research is in the primary stage and its practicing system is basically blank. The thesis which is guided by advanced career planning theory, uses the method of investigation, interview and document research, etc. To understa

By using materials, a questionnaire was carried out and the data was collected and analyzed in order to know the present situation of students caree

The result shows that students problems are Self-knowledge deficiency, little awareness of career planning and blind optimism, etc. While the school also has problems of not giving enough attaching importance, or not giving
12、students enough relevant courses as well as single form of guidance. So as for the students career planning of Inner Mongolian Technical College of Mechanics and Electrics, the thesis points out the important thing is that analyze the direction of the reform of the college, helping students set up a
13、 clear goal of career planning. The thesis also puts forward some specific methods of career planning concerning curriculum design, professional counselor, consulting service, campus culture, social practice, profession training, etc. Building a university-enterprise cooperation mechanisms to improve students development.
