1、毕业设计 （ 论文 ）题 目高校学生素质教育学分 管理系统的研发 专 业 计算机科学与技术 班 级 计 104 学 生 魏丹 指导教师 张毅坤（教授） 2014 年2014 届计算机科学与技术专业毕业设计（论文）1摘 要现 如 今 ， 互 联 网 的 时 代 已 经 蓬 勃 发 展 ， 各 行 各 业 通 过 互 联 网 进 行 信 息 的 采 集 ， 分 类 ,管 理 和 分 享 ， 教 育 系 统 也 不 例 外 。全 球 信 息 化 和 高 新 技 术 的 快 速 发 展 已 经 使 得 教 育 系 统 信 息 化 成 为 改变 人 工 管 理 方 式 的 必 然 趋 势 。 在 传 统
2、 的 学 生 学 分 信 息 管 理 中 ， 学 分 是 指普 通 学 分 ， 即 通 过 进 修 课 程 的 成 绩 获 得 的 学 分 。 随 着 教 育 制 度 的 改 革 ，人 才 的 全 面 培 养 ， 人 们 对 素 质 教 育 日 益 重 视 。 学 校 中 素 质 教 育 学 分 是 指为了提高学生综合素质、培养创新精神和实践能力，在校园文化、社会实践等第二课堂活动中安排的学分，其目的是要更好发挥课外活动的育人功能，引导帮助学生完善智能结构，增强其创新意识和动手能力，培养适应时代发展需要的高素质高技能人才。其范围包括：思想政治与道德素养、社会实践与志愿服务、文化艺术与身心发展、
3、社团活动与社会工作、科技学术与创新创业、职业资格与技能培训及其它 6 类活动教育项目。因此相对于普通学分的管理，素质学分由于其组成的复杂性，获得途径的多样性，使得其认定管理需要学校花费大量的人力和物力。 这 就 给 整 个 教 学 系 统带 来 了 管 理 上 的 巨 大 不 便 ， 从 而 很 容 易 造 成 各 种 各 样 的 纰 漏 。 因 此 出 现了 素 质 教 育 学 分 管 理 系 统 ， 这 将 使 得 素 质 学 分 信 息 的 管 理 方 式 达 到 一 个革 命 性 的 改 变 。本 管 理 系 统 采 用 B/S 架 构 ， 以 校 园 网 为 基 础 实 现 信 息

Quality credit education in schools is the credit in campus culture, social practices that in order to improve the overa
7、ll quality of students, the creative spirit and practical ability. Its aim is to play better educational function of extra-curricular activities to guide and to help students improve intelligence structure, enhance their sense of innovation and practical ability to meet the development needs of the

Its scope includes: the ideological and political and moral literacy, social practice and voluntary services, and physical and mental development of arts and culture, community activities and social work, academic and technological innovation and
