1、政府投资工程项目质量管理研究-以曹妃甸区还迁房“幸福花园小区”为例摘要质量管理作为是我国国内外学术界研究的一个热门话题，一直被百姓所关心着。工程项目质量的优劣不仅仅影响参建企业能否长久顺利的进行，对社会对人民也造成深渊影响。通过建立健全科学的质量管理，提高工程项目整体工程质量，最大的满足业主群体的需求和期望。本文主要分析了幸福花园小区工程项目施工阶段项目质量管理的情况。本小区是政府投资，市场化经营，与建设单位共同开发的居民回迁房。首先我们对本小区进行了相关的质量管理分析，并且认定重点在于现场施工过程中的质量管理，与此同时，作为政府投资项目，应该做到投资，质量以及质量三条腿同时进行支撑，要多个部
2、门同时的积极有效地相互配合互帮互助建立起有效地质量管理体系机构。为了达到业主满意的质量，施工单位要完善岗位职责与管理程序，合理安排工作流程，充分掌握工程项目的进程，同时以业主的意见为主，态度诚恳，尤其是在项目收尾这个重要阶段，我们要更加注意质量管理方面的问题，做好项目质量管理相关的经验总结，分析在项目中遇到的问题，通过采取相应的技术手段来弥补不足，为提高质量管理效率修改以及完善一些有关方面的规定和相关工作流程。本文第一章主要阐述质量管理方面的背景以及研究目的和意义，同时剖析了中外研究现状并且对其研究方法进行了深入浅出的探讨。第二章主要从项目质量管理的的含义作为切入点，同时采用引述、摘取相关观点
3、并对质量控制的相关问题进行详细的论述。第三章概括描述幸福花园小区工程项目情况的概述。第四章主要对幸福花园小区项目工程施工过程中的质量管理构架进行了论述。第五章只要分析状况提出了项目质量管理中存在的相关的状况以及问题，同时对项目质量管理出现的状况及问题的原因进行相关分析。第六章主要针对幸福花园小区在施工过程中以及后期验收时发现的相关问题进行详细的探讨，并对相关结果进行了详实的分析，完善并改进了出现问题的质量管理体系，从新明确了各部门机构的的管理职责，加强了内部质量管理体系的建设，同时对于相应的问题提出了便捷有效地解决方案。为了生动形象的突出项目质量管理控制的关键点，本文还绘制了相关的图表。本文通
