2、干 阶 段 的 承 包 。工 程 项 目 模 式 代 表 了 现 代 西 方 工 程 项 目 管 理 的 主 流 ， 是 建 筑 工 程 管 理 模 式 (CM)和 设 计 的完 美 结 合 ， 证 书 也 是 成 功 运 用 这 种 模 式 达 到 缩 短 工 期 、 降 低 投 资 目 的 的 典 范 。 曾 经 因 其 建筑 工 程 承 包 业 以 高 速 度 、 低 成 本 地 建 造 高 层 建 筑 和 大 型 工 业 项 目 而 著 称 于 世 。 推 行 工 程 总承 包 是 我 国 施 工 企 业 调 整 经 营 结 构 ,增 强 综 合 实 力 ,加 快 与 国 际 市 场
