6、n；function testing；RTDS 华北电力大学科技园简介 华北电力大学科技园是2006年10月经科技部、教育部评估认定的国家级大学科技园。国家大学科技 园是以具有较强科研实力的大学为依托，将大学的综合智力资源优势与其他社会优势资源相结合，为高 等学校科技成果转化、高新技术企业孵化、创新创业人才培养、产学研结合提供支撑的平台和服务机构。 科技园隶属华北电力大学科学技术研究院，由北京、保定两个园区组成，分别由国家大学科技园 管理办公室、华北电力大学科学技术处(保定)负责科技园的建设和管理。北京华电天德科技园有限 公司、保定华电天德科技园有限公司是我校科技园的运行载体和执行机构。 华北电力大学科技园保定园区(保定华电天德科技园有限公司)是由华北电力大学和保定高新技 术创业服务中心共同投资组建的独立法人机构。科技园以保定电力特色产业集群为基础，以华电技术、 人才和行业优势为依托，以“整合资源、构建平台、专业服务、促进转化”为宗旨，以建设一流的 “中国电力科技园”为目标，突出电力特色，挖掘行业优势，开展科技成果转化、科技企业孵化及技术 服务，形成电力科技产业。园区现有华北电力大学校内及保定大学科技园5号楼两个主要孵化服务场 地，孵化服务面积11 000 In ，是河北省科技企业孵化器、河北省中小企业技术创新公共服务示范机构。
