2、chnologyInstructor: School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering2013-6-1I摘要甲醇是重要的化工产品与原料，并定位于未来清洁能源之一，随着世界石油资源的减少和甲醇生产成本的降低，发展使用甲醇等新的替代燃料，已成为一种趋势。从我国能源需求及能源环境的现实看，生产甲醇为新的替代燃料，减少对石油的依赖也是大势所趋。本设计说明书首先概述了甲醇的性质和发展历史，以及我国甲醇工业的发展；接着对近期国内外甲醇市场情况进行分析，介绍了几种不同的甲醇生产方法，并进行选择论证，最终确定总体规划方案，产品类型、厂址位置等。最后制定了组织机构和人员
3、配置方案，确定工期。同时进行投资估算，确定合适的融资方案；编制基本财务报表，计算相关财务评价指标，进行财务评价。在上述工作的基础上，参考相关的资料和标准对合成工段的设备和管道进行选择和布局，并绘制了甲醇合成工艺流程图和厂区布置图。本设计说明书对拟建项目在经济、技术以及社会环境等方面进行全面、系统、综合的分析和论证，以确定项目在经济、技术以及社会环境上的可行性，从而进行正确的决策，建设项目的可行性研究作为项目投资决策的科学依据，能够防止和减少决策失误造成的浪费，提高投资效益。关键词：甲醇；生产工艺；可行性；经济评价IIAbstractMethanol is an important chemic

Chinas energy demand and energy from the
5、 environment in reality, the production of methanol as a new alternative fuels to reduce dependence on oil is also a general trend.The design specification begins with an overview of the nature and history of the development of methanol , as well as the development of Chinas methanol industry ; foll
