3、钢材生产的最后一道工序，其包装质量直接影响了钢材质量的保持。我国目前所能生产制造的打捆机多为应用于轻工、服务行业的手动、半自动和全自动打捆包装设备 ,且只是一些通用型的捆扎机械。高水平高效率的全自动钢材打捆机 ,如应用钢带的全自动打捆机的生 产至今仍是一个空白 ,无法满足钢铁冶金产品包装的需求。 目前国内钢铁厂使用的钢材打捆机大多依赖于进口，其价钱极其昂贵，所以研制国产钢材打捆机是提高我国钢铁行业竞争力的重要手段之一。课题是针对中宽带钢卷打捆机 头 的关键技术及理论进行的研究。 本设计就是在针对这种需求所进行的。在对 打包 原理进行简要阐述的基础上，对 焊接式气动带钢打包机头 的机械部份进行了
4、设计。其中主要是对 打包头 的设计，以及轴承的选择、计算轴承的寿命，并依据轴承的类型和寿命确定轴承的维护及保养方案。 通过一系列的设计，满足了 带钢打包 机在 打包物品 时能够 将 钢 带接头通过焊接接合牢固 ，并且整个机械系统工作过程比较平稳，使 带钢打包机 机结构简单，拆装方便，容易维修。 关 键 词 ： 焊接 ， 打 包 机 ， 气 动 ， 带 钢东北大学毕业设计（论文） 目录 iii Design of Welding Pneumatic Strapping head for steel strap Abstract The packaging of steel is the fina

Chinas current energy production and manufacture of bundling machine are used for light industry, service industry manual,Semi automatic and automatic packing equipment,what are only some ge

High efficiency automatic steel bundling machine, such as the application of the automatic tape machine production is still blank.It can not meet the steel metallurgical product packaging needs. The use of domestic strapping head mostly depend on the import, the pri
7、ce is extremely expensive, so the development of domestic steel strapping machine is one of the important means to improve the competitiveness of Chinas iron and steel industry . The research is the key technology and theory of welding pneumatic strapping head for steel strap. My design work was pla
8、ned to satisfy this exigent demand. This time of design have designed the mechanical part of Welding Pneumatic Strapping head for steel strap for plate while expatiating the strapping heads work principle. The main work was to design the strapping head, to choose axletree, to count the axletrees lif
9、e and to ascertain the maintenance project of the axletree. Through a series of designs, the strapping head can make the steel tape welded firmly when the strip is packaged, the designed parameter was satisfying to the prolongation of large-scale compression, the mechanisms work process is balanced
10、and the rolling mills configuration is simple, expediently to entry, easily to maintain.
