2、 日，国家互联网信息办公室主办的“网络中国节”之端午主题活动正式上线，这也是“网络中国节”的第一个节日主题。广大网民可登陆网络主页面、手机端页面了解相关知识，参与趣味游戏，品味中华传统文化。除主网站外，该端午主题活动还将通过微博、微信等渠道推出闯关游戏等多种移动客户端产品。记者在采访中了解到，这个端午主题活动网络内容的推出，不仅包含了一级页面、二级页面、网络视频制作的诸多技术和内容的知识产权，而且微博、微信更是使用了大量知识产权。仅在微博的后台技术方面，就使用了“一种微博浏览方法和相关设备” “基于地理位置的微博系统及其构建方法”“微博读取和写入方法、移动终端和系统”“基于语音识别和条形码技术
3、的手机微博系统”等国内申请人提交的发明专利申请。有了这些发明专利的支撑，每个手机和网络用户才能发布、浏览微博，也才能使用语音、视频方式更方便地使用这些以互联网为基础的新媒体。“新技术、新发明的使用，使微博、微信这些新兴的互联网传播方式快速流行，增加了传播的覆盖面，增强了传播的效果。”清华大学新闻与传播学院常务副院长兼影视传播研究中心主任尹鸿教授在接受中国知识产权报记者采访时表示。互联网为传统文化的传承打开了新的空间，伴随着端午节的临近，端午也成为网络游戏的主题，而且如今的开发者都更加重视保护网络游戏的著作权及软件著作权。飞天西游新侠义道封神榜网络版原版三国等网游，都打出了玩游戏、吃粽子的口号。

5、名品牌在中国推出的第一款以中国传统节日为主题的产品，受到很多年轻人的欢迎。记者看到，网上显示的成交数量已达 1123 双。“为了打击网络侵权活动，我们已经加强了对电子商务活动的监管和处罚力度。”在电商数量居前的浙江省，浙江省知识产权局专利执法处处长李建民向本报记者介绍，浙江省知识产权局去年在国内率先出台浙江省电子商务领域专利保护专项行动实施方案的基础上，今年继续开展专项行动，特别是针对节日期间的网上市场，已经组织了专业执法力量加强监督检查，最大限度保护消费者的合法权益。城市生活的公共服务，如今也离不开互联网。6 月 17 日，北京地铁和京港地铁两家地铁运营商通过网络发布端午节北京地铁运营方案。
