I摘 要生料配料是水泥生产中极其重要的环节之一,生料配料质量控制的优劣直接关系着下游生产能否顺利进行本设计主要完成了水泥生料配料控制系统的设计,确定了以 ABB 公司生产AC800F 控制器并辅以 S800 系列 I/O 卡件构架集散控制系统采用了现场总线PROFIBUS DP 和以太网,实现现场管理层与操作管理层之间的数据通讯硬件设计中,完成了箱面布置图及端子排和变频电机集中控制原理图的电气图纸设计软件设计中,实现了生料配料过程中电机的顺序启停、直观形象的人机界面、报警等控制环节其中,针对配料皮带控制对象,采用以 PID 控制算法为中心,结合皮带秤零点标定,k 系数及皮带电机转速进行各物料的流量调节这也是本设计的重难点通过集散控制系统仿真平台(Emulator ) ,经测试可以实现本设计的电机顺序启停及报警等功能,达到了本设计的预期效果关键词:水泥生料配料;DCS;AC800F;PID;硬件设计IIABSTRACTThe material blending and pulverizaiton system is an important factor in cement production,the quality of the material blending and pulverizaiton system is very important to the subsequent production.The design of main shaft finished ration of raw cement control system design .Also confirmed by ABB AC800F controller with the production and S800 series I/O card distributed control system composed a complete. Using the fieldbus PROFIBUS DP and Ethernet, effective communication field management and operation management of the data communication between. The hardware design, finish the floor plan and terminal box and frequency conversion motor control diagram of the electrical design.This software design has implemented the start, stop control, vivid human-machine interface, data acquisition, alarm and so on. We use PID control to solve the imprecise of feedback.
