2、上市的 4 家上市保险公司为分析对象，通过分析上市保险公司的财务数据指标，选取赔付率、资产负债率、利润率、退保率等相关的数据指标进行统计分析，运用统计分析法中的描述性统计方法对保险绩效进行分析，分别从保险公司的盈利能力、运营能力及经营稳健性方面的进行分析，并找出相对应的提升保险绩效的建议对策，旨在为国家宏观调控、政府职能转变、投资决策者提供有价值的参考意见。关键词：金融企业；绩效分析；保险公司；描述性统计分析Statistical analysis of the four listed insurance companys performance AbstractInsurance as on
