1、 I 摘要档案管理工作主要针对各部门、各类别、各形式的档案文件进行管理，包括档案文件的建立、归档、查询、借阅、浏览、销毁等工作，是各个政府、企事业单位必不可少的重要的管理工作之一。为了让企事业单位更好掌握、有效共享档案文件资源，保护好文件，这就需要一套灵活、实用的档案管理系统来辅助进行管理。为了方便档案管理工作，人力资源和社会保障部要求我中心建立人社部档案管理系统，并作为本单位“十三五”规划重点工作之一。主要用于管理行政档案、会议文件、财务档案、基建档案等重要文件数据。该系统的使用将进一步提高了部档案管理工作的科学化、规范化，同时也大大加强了档案的安全管理。本课题主要基于 SSH架构，使用 J
2、ava、Oracle技术，设计并实现一套服务于单位内部的档案管理系统，本课题的主要工作内容是结合档案管理业务需求技术情况，使用软件工程学方法，设计实现一套基于 SSH架构的档案管理系统，具体工作包括：可行性研究、需求分析、总体设计、详细设计、内部测试、功能测试、验收测试以及演练投产等内容。本课题的重点在于系统的稳定性、业务功能实现以及良好的客户体验，为此系统设置了工作流相关程序保证系统稳定性，设计了档案管理模块、查询检索模块、档案增值模块以及自动助手模块等功能模块实现系统功能，并反复论证实验页面操作保证良好的客户体验。除此之外本课题引入图像处理软件，支持快速扫描大量的纸质文档，并能有效的处理噪
3、音杂质等内容，方便用户使用系统，提升工作效率。档案管理系统在投入使用后，收到了用户的广泛好评，在日常应用中大大提高了档案使用效率，降低了档案管理人员工作，实现了系统设计之初的目的。关键词：档案管理；档案查询；档案回收；借阅管理；图片搜索 II AbstractArchive management is mainly aimed at the various departments, variouscategories, and all forms of archive management.
