1、关于加强全市教育系统基层服务型党组织建设的实施预案 为深入贯彻落实党的十八大和十八届三、四全会精神,进一步加强基层党组织建设、夯实党执政的组织基础,全面提高全市教育系统基层党建工作水平,根据共定西市委办公室印发的通知精神,现就推进全市教育系统服务型党组织建设工作制定如下实施方案. 一、指导思想 认真贯彻落实习近平总书记关于党的建设系列重要讲话精神,准确把握全面建成小康社会、全面深化改革、全面依法治国、全面从严治党的战略布局,按照服务型党组织、为民型干部、富民型党员三型建设要求,以围绕教育抓党建,抓好党建促发展为工作思路,以加强党的执政能力建设、先进性和纯洁性建设为主线,以建设基层服务型党组织为

2、目标,突出抓好精准扶贫这一最大任务、深化改革这一最大动力、依法治市这一最大重器、从严治党这一最大政绩,优化组织体系、服务功能、骨干队伍、制度规范、激励保障、责任机制,着力解决联系服务群众最后一公里问题,构建联系服务群众常态化、长效化机制,不断提高学校党组织引领教育发展、服务师生群众的水平,为办人民满意的教育提供坚强的组织保障. 二、目标要求,Module 5,Lao She Teahouse,Unit 1,I wanted to see theBeijing Opera.,Review,Words and expressions,单词回顾,学生早读时已预习过本单元单 词,可利用几分钟时间带学生
