1、留学申请过程中，常见的面试方式主要是Face to Face Interview, Skype Interview, Video Essay。Face to Face Interview的面试形式是指部分学校会举行线下面试，派出面试官与申请者面对面进行交流。Skype Interview的面试形式是学校通过Skype软件和申请者进行在线视频面试。VideoEssay的面试形式是申请者通过学校指定的方式录制一段面试视频，然后将录制好的视频上传提交给学校。一般情况下，大部分的Video Essay需要和申请一起提交或是刚提交申请就发来邀请，是申请第一轮审核的一部分，而Skype面试则是通过第一轮审
2、核之后，被Shortlisted的人才能拿到。近年来，Kira面试作为一个比较火热的面试方式被各大高校的商学院所应用，其实也就是申请者通过Kira Talent系统提供Video Essay。那么什么是Kira？该如何准备才能更接近Offer？Kira面试又有哪些题目呢？什么是Kira？Kira Talent是一个网络面试系统，它对自己的介绍是“全方位考察” “节省时间”“更加公平”，目前已经被很多学校应用来评估即将招收的学生，例如JHU、BU、WFU、WUSTL、NEU、OSU、Purdue等大学。也有的学校要求申请者用Youtube等平台发布录制的视频，在视频中以英文的方式回答学校给出的一
3、些问题，最后将视频上传给学校。Kira面试录制前的四个步骤在正式进行Kira面试/Video Essay录制前，一般有四个步骤：一，Registration，点击学校的Kira面试链接之后，注册账号，最好与申请账号邮箱相同。二，Device setup，很多学生在进行Kira面试的时候，会遇到很多硬件上的问题，所以在开始面试之前，一定要提前检测：检查浏览器（支持Chrome 和Firefox两种浏览器）；显示版本太低时，点击更新或是重新下载到最新版本即可。检测网速，检测自己电脑上传和下载的速度，尽量不要在网络不好的时候进行Kira面试。检查摄像头，提前检测是否安装了Flash插件。检查麦克风，
4、根据Checking Sample进行检测即可。三，Practice，按照面经进行大量练习，熟悉Kira面试题型及页面。四，Assessment，在Kira面试开始之后就无法暂停、取消或重新录制了，所以一定要提前进行练习和准备好面经。Kira面试的一些Tips1. 其实大多数的Kira面试类似于托福口语考试，没有所谓的标准答案，主要是考察英语沟通能力和口语表达能力。2.不要轻易相信网上说的“故意断网刷新“操作，因为近年来部分学校已经有过声明，故意断网的话会有中断记录，可能会影响申请的结果；这种小聪明的行为最后只会害了自己，所以要认真诚实地准备面试呀！3. 尽量提前调整好正式录制时的穿着、背景、
