1、1funny 与 fun 的区分一、词性区分fun n. 娱乐, 玩笑, 嬉笑, 有趣的人或事物vi. 开玩笑adj. 供娱乐用的 funny adj. 有趣的, 好笑的, 滑稽的, 奇异的, 古怪的（带有贬义）n. 滑稽人物这两个词有程度上的不同，要看你要表达什么样的意思。说 a funny party 或 a fun story 也是可以的。Its funny. 很滑稽的，很有趣的。Its fun. 很好玩。（从娱乐方面来说）funny 还有一些贬义的意思： 1奇特的；难以了解的a funny temper 奇特的性格 2失常的；不诚实的Theres sth funny about the

8、eriousfun 也可做形容词，意思是有趣的，愉快的；而 funny 虽然也可作形容词，但当它做形容词是的解释一般都偏贬，像滑稽的，可笑的之类所以 fun 更贴切，也可能是从词性上考虑的fun 大多做名词，较少作形容词和动词。作形容词时，如果需要用到比较级或者最高级意思，可用 more fun, the most fun，如 This is the most fun part of the town，但是 fun 本身没有比较级或最高级。funny 比较突出 “奇怪的，可笑的”的含义，带有一定程度的贬义。比较级 funnier，最高级 the funniestfun 多用作名词，如“Its

10、r, funniest. fun 本身则没有比较级或最高级。fun 可以作形容词，理论上的比较级形式是 funner，因为是单音节词。 不过，fun 作形容词的用法比较有限，一般只能作修饰名词的前置定语，因此，它的比较级形式几乎不用。 给你一些例子，让你更了解 fun 作形容词时的意义和用法： Try snowboarding its a really fun sport. 4Shes a really fun person to be around. Hundreds of people were there and it was a really fun day out. 注意，fun 与 funny 的意思是不同的。fun 是 enjoyable 和 interesting 的意思，而funny 则多少带有些 strange 甚至 ridiculous 的意思。funny 是一个正常形容词，所以它的比较级 funnier 及最高级 funniest 使用很频繁。2.72 怎样读two point seven two 是正中的英国英语的读法，而 two point seventy two 则是那些英联邦国家或曾是英国殖民地的一些国家的一种变义读法。而在美国英语中这两种读法都是对的，由于我们中国英语的学习主要是学美国的英语及语法，所以，两种读法都可以的！
