1、XX年个人勤政廉政述职报告 x年个人勤政廉政述职报告 一、勤政情况 (一)注意学习,努力增强履职的工作能力,确保政令畅通x、拼搏x、共建x、冲刺十二五,为开创现代新昆明建设新局面而努力奋斗”的工作目标的重要意义,为五华区实现率先发展、科学发展、和谐发展而努力奋斗”的号召。自觉实践全力打造“创业最宽松,社会最文明、人居最安全和低交易成本、低生产成本、低社会成本”的“三最四低”投资发展软环境。为确保政令畅通奠定坚实的思想基础。 (二)学法、懂法、守法,做到依法执政 (三)围绕区委、政府、区纪委中工作和年度工作目标,认真做好分管工作 1、加强自身学习,深入基层,调查了解情况。对当前我区域城镇低收入群

2、体人员作一个深入的调查和了解,做到心中有数。2、逐条学习相关文件精神,掌握文件的实质要件和要求,用文件规定来规范自己的工作言行。3、按照省、市对我区保障性住房相关任务和要求,提出科学合理的建设性意见,供政府决策和采纳。4、利用三年的时间,分步骤逐步实施我区符合保障条件人员住房困难问题。5、继续不断深入基层了解情况,提出合理意见建议,做到工作不武断,思想不呆板,努力使工作符合实际的需要,使区委、政府、区纪委的工作要求得意贯彻落实。 (一)作为一名普通党员,能注重自身的廉洁自律,加强自身的廉洁从政行为,一年来,自己从未出现过违法违纪行为。 (二)做好局机关党支部的各项工作,按照党的组织工作,履行好

3、党章所规定的党员权利和义务,努力把共产党员的先进性带入工作之中,并能按照党员目标所规定的工作认真做好党委、支部所确定的各项工作目标,并积极完成好其他工作任务。 (三)积极履行职责,贯彻落实党风廉政建设责任制。工作中,严格按照职责分工和党委的安排,经常与党办同志讨论和研究党风廉政建设工作强化警示制度,并结合上级的安排部署,加以贯彻落实。 (四)严格按照廉洁从政的有关规定和要求,注意梳理自身在行为中的情况,并注意进行检查对照。一年来,自己能够遵纪守法,认真贯彻执行有关规定,未出现违反中共中央纪委关于严格禁止利用职务上的便利度谋取不正当利益的若干规定、中国共产党党员领导干部廉洁从政若干准则(试行)、

4、云南省公务员八条禁令等有关规定的情况。 (五)在干部人事工作中,作为一名党委委员、纪委委员,始终坚持党的组织原则,局党委干部管理办法的相关规定,推荐、选拔、使用干部。坚决杜绝出现违反党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例的情况发生。三、存在不足 (一)系统学习政治理论知识和房管业务以及实施保障性住房工作知识还须进一步强化; (二)发挥纪委委员参与谋划开展工作的机制和有效性还需进一步提高。 (三)对分管工作顾此失彼的现象还需用科学发展观的要求进一步解决好。今后要不断加强学习,努力做好工作,努力攻坚克难,一是摆正位置揽事不揽权,当好局助手,工作尽心尽职。二是认真履职,形成维护团结、干事、务实的良好氛围。三是
