2、系统CMMS3 ( Common Material Management System ),便于在途物料监控,简 化收货程序。准时、准确地提交电子ASN是提高供应链管理有效性的重要方式,电子ASN是评估供应 商交货绩效的重要指标之一。 Suppliers should submit electronic ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) prior to shipment. Electronic ASN shall be delivered to CMMS3 (Common Material Management System) of Changan Ford Maz

3、da via internet, so as to monitor the materials in transit and simplify the receiving procedure. Timely and accurate submission of electronic ASN will help improve supply chain management effectiveness. Electronic ASN is an important index for the evaluation of supplier delivery performance). 发货发货发货

5、ce specified by Changan Ford Mazda. On the basis of ASN and the packing list, the consignee of Changan Ford Mazda will check and sign for the goods and Changan Ford Mazda will make the payment. 供应商必须防止发货差异,即ASN数量、标准装箱量、装箱单与实物不符。零件交付的准确性对保证 生产的顺利进行至关重要,而且每一次发货差异都可能造成额外的库存或超额运费,长安福特马自达 将对供应商造成的开箱差异进行严

6、厉的处罚。 Suppliers must avoid delivery discrepancy, i.e., discrepancy between actual objects and ASN quantity, standard unit package quantity and packing slip. The accuracy of part delivery is very 11 important for smooth production. Delivery discrepancy may result in additional inventory or premium fr

Supplier account auditing 供应商在收到福特全球供应商网页账户审计通知时,需要在规定时间内按要求完成相应操作,否则账 户将被锁定,无法查看订单和发送电子ASN。如果因供应商原因导致账户审计无法完成,供应商应对 产生的后果负全部责任。 Upon receiving the web account auditing notice, suppliers should compl

10、ete the required operation within the given time, otherwise their accounts will be locked and they can not read orders and send electronic ASN. If account auditing fails for the reason of suppliers, suppliers shall take all consequences. 4.零零零零件工程变更件工程变更件工程变更件工程变更 4. Part engineering change 12 供应商需详

11、细了解变更内容,按照PD、STA及采购部要求及时填写并返还QOP和SP,使工程变更流 程顺利关闭。供应商在收到工程变更批准通知前不得擅自改动模具。 Suppliers should learn all change details, fill in and return QOP and SP in time as per PD, STA and the requirements of the Purchase Department, so as to make the engineering change process draw to a smooth end. Suppliers shal

12、l not arbitrarily change molds before the engineering change request (ECR) is received. 工程变更批准后,供应商在 STA 指导下按照 SP 签署 PSW,准备新件。对于共同变更的零件,供应 商需要向 STA 确定旧零件的交付总量并按要求生产出足量的旧零件之后才能修模。对于外协件的变 更,总成供应商应在得到长安福特马自达物流部的工程变更通知(ECR)之后,严格按照工程变更通 知规定的时间和内容进行变更。 After the engineering change is approved, suppliers s

13、hall sign PSW as per SP under the guidance of STA and prepare new parts. For the parts with coordinating engineering change, suppliers should confirm the total delivery volume of old parts as per STA and trim molds after sufficient old parts have been produced. For the change of consignment parts, a

14、ssembly suppliers should strictly conform to the given time and content of ECR to make the change upon receiving the engineering change request from the Logistics Department of Changan Ford Mazda. 当供应链向供应商确认旧件交付总量和新件准备情况时,供应商应在规定时间内答复。供应商应确保 履行向长安福特马自达物流部提前告知旧件交付总量和新件预计交付时间的义务,严禁供应商在没有 提前确认上述信息的情况下,

15、告知旧件已消耗完毕必须马上切换新件,同时供应商必须严格按照确认 的交付总量完成旧件交付。如果供应商没有执行上述规定,并因此对长安福特马自达的生产造成影 响,供应商应承担全部责任。 When the supply chain confirms the total delivery volume of old parts and the preparation situation of new parts with the suppliers, the latter should give a response within the given time. Suppliers should inf

16、orm the Logistics Department of Changan Ford Mazda of the total delivery volume of old parts and the estimated delivery time of new parts in advance. Suppliers must not declare that old parts have been used up and new parts are required abruptly without confirming the above information in advance. Besides, suppliers must complete the delivery of old parts strictly conforming to th
