5、料都将产生大量积压。因此，物料的高效利用和零库存管理成为了保证企业生产有序进行和长久、可持续发展的关键所在。本文从亿利化学公司的发展背景及物料管理研究背景入手，指出物料管理对于亿利化学工业公司发展的重要性与意义，通过对于现代物料管理理论、物料管理方法发展历程及化工行业物料管理现在的研究综述，总结出亿利化学工业公司在物料管理方面存在的问题，并利用现代物料管理理论为亿利化学工业公司解决问题。笔者认为公司存在物料管理流程粗放、过多资源被无效占用、物料管理相关部门职能职责混淆不清等问题，而这些问题不仅造成了公司的资金和货物积压，也大大降低了公司的生产效率。针对公司物料管理方面出现的问题，本文提出了改进
6、的措施和方案，希望来促进物料管理效率和管理水平的提升。本文并非是一篇纯理论性研究，而是根据实体经济面对的实际问题，利用现代的物料管理相关理论，从业务流程重组、精益物料管理等思想的角度去分析和解决公司的物料管理问题，这是本文突出的地方。文中提出的优化措施及方案不仅仅只对亿利化学工业公司的物料管理有指导性作用，也对其他行业及同类企业的发展有参考和借鉴性价值。关键词：亿利化学工业公司；物料管理；采购管理；库存管理；现场管理；业务流程重组Abstract Inner Mongolia Yili Chemical Industrial Company is a production of calcium
