Business organizations are not merely economic institutions. They are becoming more and

5、more involved in social, political, and legal issues. Social responsibility: a business firms obligation, beyond that required by law and economics, to pursue long-term goals that are good for society.,We believe our first responsibility is to the doctors, nurses and patients,to mothers and fathers

6、and all others who use our products and services.In meeting their needs everything we do must be of high quality.We must constantly strive to reduce our costsin order to maintain reasonable prices.Customers orders must be serviced promptly and accurately.Our suppliers and distributors must have an o
