5、ers)Methods of data analysis: After enough data is collected, we need to use some specific methods to analyze the data to get the information we want. First is about the analysis of data collected by means of questionnaire and personal interviews. We will use statistical analysis of these data, afte

6、r which a pie chart or other kinds of chart will be drawn in accordance with the result of the statistical analysis to make a direct representation of which kind of skincare product is most required by the college students. And during the personal interviews, information can not be expressed so clea

7、rly as that collected by questionnaire, and that requires us to extract useful one from the information provided by respondents to analyze. Another equally significant analysis is about the data concerned with external and internal environment in which we will conduct our business. In this aspect, w

8、e will adopt SWOT analysis. By doing such analysis, we can find out our strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats coming from outside world and figure out whether it is feasible or not to do such business on selling skincare product among college students. Methods of information

9、collection: 1. Information collection: Take the time, money and energy into consideration, we decide to use secondary date. We are going to use products brochures, relevant magazines and online databases to know the feature of different skin care products and we need to figure out their prices, cust

10、omers age, gender, and economic capability. 2. Questionnaire: Take the operability and the willness of response into consideration, we are going to design a semi-structured questionnaire to know college students s requirements toward skin care products. 3. E-mail: Take the low costs flexibility into

11、 consideration, and as we realize that most of students spend a lot of time on internet, we are going to send e-mail to anybody in different college at any time to get information. 4. Personal interview: We are going to conduct interview in colleges and some flourishing business streets for the sake

12、 of interaction and timely feedback. 5. Observation: we are going to send a group member to a skin care products store whose aim is to observe customers choices and preferences. 6. User experience: by giving out samples to students who have no experience in using skin care products, we could get users experience feedback and develop potential customers.
