1、华北水利水电学院毕业论文A电子厂工人工作绩效提高方法研究摘要:随着全球经济的不断复苏与快速发展，生产与分工的国际化，企业面对的是一个容量有限的国际市场，竞争日益激烈，这就对企业的竞争力提出了新的要求。而在制造企业中，如何使生产效率最优化，降低生产成本从而提高工人绩效，是企业在生存和发展中不断追求的目标。因此在企业生产过程中，不断改善生产的方式和组织形式，对企业的流水线进行改善是提高工人绩效的重要手段。企业在生产过程中从单元制造的思想来提高工人绩效，对生产系统和车间生产设备的布局进行改善和重组，是提高企业生产效率、提高企业核心竞争力、增强企业竞争优势的重要战略。企业采用单元制造系统是从提高工人效
2、率出发，以企业的生产流水线和操作工的分配为改造对象，对企业流程的构成要素中的瓶颈要素或工序进行改善和重新组合，整合出更有价值的生产流程，以实现企业流程的优化和改善，提高工人的工作效率，从而使得企业生产率获得巨大改善。 本文研究A电子公司影响其工人绩效的问题，根据单元制造系统的理论，对其A电子公司插件段的生产流程进行改善，主要工作如下 ：(1) 通过对单元制造基本工作原理的讨论以及与传统生产线布置方式的比较，分析了单元制造的基本功能、优点和在执行中的限制条件，并论述了单元制造在多产品族生产和联合布置等方面的应用特点，最后通过应用实例论证了单元制造的优点。(2) 运用“5W1H”找出影响A电子厂的
3、影响工人绩效提高和生产效率的瓶颈，并找出影响复杂性系统生产效率低的根本原因。根据单元制造系统的优点确定引入单元制造系统能有效的提高其工人绩效。(3) 通过对A电子厂插件段生产效率分析，提出改善线体、导入单元制造生产方式是提高生产效率和工人绩效的关键，以作业测定为依据，结合IE生产线平衡改善手法并对其生产布局进行改善。(4) 应用MOD分析法对其改善后的公认的工作绩效进行评测，以实际数据说明生产线改善前后的生产效率情况。数据结果表明，运用单元制造系统对流水线进行改善后可以有效地平衡了A电子公司各工序的生产能，提高A电子公司的工人绩效，从而提高企业生产效率关键字： 工人绩效 单元制造 MOD分析法
