2、使用年限为50年。本工程为二类建筑，耐火等级为二级，工程0.00同绝对标高1100mm。结构设计依据国家相关规范进行设计中使用了中国建筑科学研究院编制的PKPM软件。经过验算，该结构符合安全性、可靠性要求。本施工组织设计是针对本工程住宅楼工程施工的纲领性文件，编制时对对项目的技术措施、项目管理机构设置、施工总体部署、施工准备、主要分布分项工程施工方法、工程质量保证措施、安全及文明施工措施、施工现场管理措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性、适用性及针对性，是确保优质、低耗、安全、文明高速完成全部施工任务的重要经济技术文件本设计主要包括以下内容：工程施工组织设计书、中英文翻译施工平面布置图。为
