1、中国石油大学胜利学院专科论文1摘要目前，我国正经历着一个管道建设的高峰期，随着工业技术的发展，长输油气管道正在向着大口径发展，焊接是管道施工过程中的关键工序，焊接的质量和效率直接影响着整个工程的质量和效率。在焊接过程中由于急剧的非平衡加热及冷却,结构将不可避免地产生不可忽视的焊接残余变形。焊接残余变形是影响结构设计完整性、制造工艺合理性和结构使用可靠性的关键因素。本文将对焊接过程当中残余变形产生的原因和影响因素及其控制与改进措施做详细的阐述。关键字：焊接；残余变形；改进措施中国石油大学胜利学院专科论文2ABSTRACTAt present, China is going through a p
