1、摘要:我国的阴极铜板生产企业在产品包装生产中,始终使用传统的包装生产工艺,整个生产过程几乎为全人工操作,劳动强度大,危险系数高,人工分拣称量精度低,作业效率低,严重制约产品的市场竞争力。为解决这一难题,本项目综合应用机械、电子、液压、气动、精密计量、计算机控制技术等不同学科的基础理论和专业技术,通过理论分析、实验研究和计算机仿真等技术手段,对阴极铜包装作业过程中涉及到的配重、整形、压紧、打捆、精称、喷码、贴标及生产线自动控制技术进行研究,成功设计和研制了阴极铜板自动包装生产线,此生产线属国内首创。本论文对阴极铜板自动包装生产线的控制系统及其配重系统进行了研究,研究内容如下:(1)生产线总体控制

2、方案的研究针对铜板包装生产线的生产工艺要求,由可编程序逻辑控制器控制现场检测元件和执行机构,电气自动控制系统利用一总线构成主从式结构。工控机作为主站,主控和各控制工位作为从站。(2)单垛铜板配重原理的研究按期货交易所要求,高纯阴极铜每包重量为士。在分析铜板和现场实际情况的基础匕按单片铜板最大重量小于单包重量公差带,提出了“加一减一”的配重原理配重工位机械结构的设计按“加一减一”配重原理,设计了配重工位的机械结构,应用真空技术对铜板进行抓取,通过计算相关参数,对吸盘、装配附件和真空源进行了正确选型(3)配重工位控制系统的设计根据配重原理设计了控制流程,利用西门子通讯模块实现了称重电子秤与间的数据

3、传输和通讯,利用编程软件,设计了配重系统控制程序。(4)通过以上的研究,提出合理的生产线控制方案,设计出可行的配重机构及控制系统,为生产线的研制提供了理论和设计依据。关键词:自动包装生产线;PROFIBUS;S7-300PLC;配重;CP340IIAbstract: Chinas cathode copper plate production enterprises always use the traditional packaging production technology in product packaging production. Through theoretical analysis, experimental research, and computer simulation, the cathode copper is used. In the process of packaging operations, the

6、 weights, shaping, compression, baling, precision weighing, marking, labeling, and automatic control technologies of the production lines were studied. The automatic production and design of cathode copper plates was successfully designed and developed. This production line is a domestic initiative.

7、 . In this dissertation, the control system and its counterweight system of cathode copper automatic packaging production line were studied. The research contents are as follows:(1) Research on the overall production control plan of the production line The production process requirements of the copp

The electrical automatic control system uses a bus to constitute the master-slave type structure. The industrial control computer serves as the master station

15、2致谢231 绪论1.1 研究背景及意义铜是应用历史最古老的金属,从史前社会开始,人类就己经开始采掘露天矿,制造各种原始工具、器皿和武器。随着社会的进步和科技的发展,铜已成为重要的工业原料,广泛应用于国民经济各领域,其需求量持续增长。相关数据表明,中国已成为世界上铜材生产、进出口和消费大国。金川集团有限公司是集采、选、冶、化配套的大型有色冶金、化工联合企业,是全球同类企业中生产规模大、产品种类全、产品质量优良的公司之一。主要生产镍、铜、钻、稀贵金属、有色金属粉体材料、压延及盐类产品和硫酸、亚硫酸钠等无机化工产品。金川镍矿是世界著名的多金属共生的大型硫化铜镍矿床之一,位居世界同类矿山第二位,铜个

16、属保有储量位居国第二位,同时伴生钻、铂、把、饿、忆、钉、锗、硒等稀贵元素,是中国三大资源综合利用地之一,是中国最大的镍钻生产基地和铂族金属提炼中心。镍和铂族金属产量占全国的以上,被誉为中国的“镍都”。年月,金川公司年产万吨铜电解工程建成投产,首批大板高纯阴极铜出槽。这标志着中国最大的镍生产企业、北方最大的铜生产企业一金川集团已形成年产吨阴极铜的精炼能力,铜冶炼规模和技术居国内先进水平。近年来,金川公司围绕优化生产工艺、调整产品结构、推广信息技术、加强环境保护等四个主攻方向进行技术创新。其中在阴极铜生产工艺流程关键技术的研究方面采矿、选矿、熔炼相继取得了一批具有自主知识产权的标志性成果。年月,金川集团高纯阴极铜入选年中国名牌。但
