1、l 塑料口杯注塑模设计塑料口杯注塑模设计 摘摘 要要 本课题设计的意义是通过“塑料口杯注塑模设计”这一设计任务，了解并掌握模 具的设计过程，以便在将来对一般模具的设计有一个理性的设计概念。毕业设计主要 要完成的工作有：注塑模具的设计计算、绘制总装配图和所有非标准件的零件图、绘 制三维装配图及装配演示。 在设计塑料口杯的过程中，我懂得了设计所需要的设计流程。虽然塑料口杯是一 个小而简单的毕业设计，但设计的过程我们还是应该重视。从中我们也可以得出，一 般模具设计的大致流程：分析其结构工艺性、进行材料的选择、设计计算零部件以及 对注射机的校核等等。 在设计过程中，我们使用了 AutoCAD 和 UG
2、 软件，尤其 UG 软件的应用，可以更 直观的表达零件的外观，也可以检验零件在装配中是否产生干涉。注塑是模具成型中 的一种很普遍的成型形式。在未来不仅是热塑性材料，就连热固性材料也可以使用注 塑的方法来成型。 关键词关键词：注塑模；设计流程；UG l Design of injection mold for plastic cup Abstract The significance of this project design is the design task by Design of injection mold for plastic cup , to understand and m

In the design process ,we use AutoCAD and UG software , in particularly ,UG software applications can be more intuitive to express the appearance of the parts ,
