1、摘要摘要 本设计的题目反馈控制轴向摩擦偶合器，是一个全新的课题，在国 内外算得上是一种比较先进的产品，本设计是在无反馈轴向摩擦偶合器的基 础上，为了获得更好的软启动效果而设计的一种新产品。同时，它具有与传 统的硬启动相同的承载能力。因此本方案具有很好的发展前景。 本文的主要任务是整体结构的合理设计，包括摩擦元件的设计计算，各 个传动部件的设计等。另外选择摩擦性能较好的摩擦材料对本次设计来说显 得尤为重要，是关系到成败的关键因素。还要对各个传动和链接元件进行强 度校核。从而使得该方案具有较好的可行性和实用性。 为了便于实现反馈控制，本方案采用主动级相对于反馈级对称布置的结 构，主动级在两侧，中间
2、是反馈级。在启动时采用离心式压紧，在径向均匀 布置的带有锥面的离心块（与锥面摩擦盘配合）在主、从动机达到一定转速 时将主动级和反馈级离心块甩出，产生径向位移的离心块同时在锥面间产生 轴向位移，这样就将主动级机摩擦片和从动机摩擦片挤紧，主、从动机结合 并传动。离心块采用圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧复位。个摩擦片和摩擦盘上带有花键 槽。从动轴为花键轴，固定反馈级离心块的锥面圆盘可以在花键轴上滑动， 使得其两侧的摩擦片分担相等的负载，杜绝了两边承载不均匀的现象。 关键词：关键词：摩擦偶合器；离心块；摩擦片；锥面摩擦盘；复位弹簧 Abstract This design topic, feedback contr
