2、，找出适合我国国情的、有效的完善对策，这是提高国有商 业银行国际竞争力，应对外资银行挑战的必由之路，也是确保金融稳定，防范和化解金融 风险的必然选择。此外，对国外商业银行典型公司治理结构模式的考察，能为我们提供颇 具借鉴价值的国际经验。 关键词：国有商业银行 公司治理结构 典型模式 Abstract As the main body of Chinas banking sector, State-owned commercial banks play a decisive role in the development of economic and society, whose reform
3、 and development directly relate to the overall situation of Chinas economic development.With economic globalization and the constant deepening of Chinas economic reform, state- owned commercial banks need to conduct modern enterprise system reform and establish a scientific, effective corporate gov
4、ernance structure, which has become the fundamental starting point of Chinas commercial banks reform and development. Therefore, it is necessary for us to make systematic and in-depth analysis of state-owned commercial banks corporate governance structure and find out effective countermeasures suite
5、d to Chinas national conditions. This is not only the way for state- owned commercial banks to improve the international competitiveness and deal with the challenges from foreign banks, but also the inevitable choice to ensure the financial stability, preventing and resolving financial risks.
