4、动通信市场竞争中占据有利地位 取得一定的市场份额 一个切实可行 科学合理 的网络规划是必不可少的 网络规划设计的好坏对确保实现网络建设的目标 发挥 新技术优势 取得良好的经济效益起着关键作用 本文结合宁夏移动的实际情况 从大容量业务数据 多种商务模式并存 容灾 备份建设力度等方面面临的问题进行探讨 并针对实际情况提出实现方案 本文重点对宁夏移动业务网络的现状及发展路径进行分析 对语音业务平台 数据业务平台 集团客户业务平台及TD增值业务平台的网络需求的详细分析 提出 各平台的需求预测模型 基于业务量发展趋势规划各平台的建设目标和方案 对3G 业务网中的典型业务所涉及的规划问题进行研究 特别视频
