4、公司库存管理现状 并就企 业存在的问题 从企业内部绩效管理和外部供应链管理的角度进行了原因分析 公司内部绩效评价体制偏重 客户服务 忽略库存管理 进口件采购周期长 订单 不能变动 公司库存控制方法单一 在此基础上 提出以下改进 对策 建立网络 信息平台 打通公司内部和外部的信息沟通 能够及时反映要货信息 对精益生 产进行有效的改进 有效的提高物料需求配送的准确性 减少人员管理上的成本同 时降低配送错误 降低库存 同时采用 ABC 分类法 VMI 和 TPW 库存管理方案 可以提高对用户的服务水平 降低供应链库存 改善库存资金 使库存管理更为有 效 切实可行 并通过对公司库存管理研究 制定了相关
5、库存管理改进策略 改善 公司供应链环境 所以本文通过阐述供应链及库存管理相关理论 着重分析公司库存管理现状 并针对库存管理存在的问题 提出供应链理论下的库存管理解决方案 全文共分为 四个部分 其中第一章简要阐述了研究的 背景 目的和意义 说明了本文的研究 思路和方法 第二章对供应链环境 下的库存管理理论的概念和库存策略作了简要 的介绍 第三章 对公司的情况和业务流程进行介绍 重点分析了 公司库存管理 现状并阐述存在的问题 第四章 对公司库存管理问题分析并阐述供应链下库存管 理改进策略 关键词 供应链 库存管理 ABC 分类法 VMI TPW Research on inventory mana
