1、Unit 3 topic 1 Whats your hobby课题:Unit 3Topic1 Section A【学情分析】学生们在已经掌握了一些英语的基础知识的基础上继续学习新的语法知识及固定搭配。【学习内容分析】通过Helen和Wen Wei的对话,呈现了本课所要谈论的话题: Whats your hobby?以及兴趣、爱好的不同表达形式,如like/enjoy/prefer/be fond of /be interested in +doing。结合本单元的话题Our Hobbies, 呈现了大量的表示兴趣爱好的短语: go traveling, collect stamps, walk

2、 a pet dog, listen to music等。【学习目标】主要学习有关生病的词汇,语法为情态动词,同时学习有关请固定用语。【重难点预测】 1. Whats your hobby? My hobby is.及like/enjoy/prefer/be fond of /be interested in +doing句型。 2. go traveling, collect stamps, walk a pet dog, listen to music 3. be fond of/be interested in其后动词要用V-ing形式。【学习过程】Introduction(8 minu

3、tes)1. Get students ready for learning.2. Show a short movie about teachers life on Sunday, such as running, reading, doing exercises. Ask students to guess “Whats my hobby?” or “What do I often do in my spare time?” Teach the new word “hobby”. e.g. Ann likes sports. I think doing sports is Anns hob

4、by.3. Write down “Whats your hobby? My hobby is reading.” on the blackboard.4. Ask students “What are Helen and Wen Weis hobbies?” (Tell students preview is very important.)Presentation(15 minutes)1. Write “What are Helen and Wanweis hobbies?” on the blackboard. Teacher plays the recording of 1a and

5、 lets students find out the answer.2. Finish 1b. Check the answer and teach the new word “recite” by showing pictures.(Show pictures about students reciting English textbook in the morning.)1. Encourage students to look at the pictures in 1c and try to check the phrases according to the pictures.3.

6、Play 1a again and ask students to write down the phrases in 1c.4. Play 1a for the third time, and ask students to write H for Helens hobbies, W for Wen Weis.5. Provide students 2 minutes to read 1a aloud. Teacher should walk around the classroom to check whether the students can read and give them s

7、ome advice or help.Then the whole class read 1a together.6. Finish 1d. Ask students to read 1a and fill in the blanks. Consolidation(10 minutes)1.
