5、监狱的服刑人员数量增加 使得监狱管理工作更是难上加难 据 相关部门统计 目前我国的重新犯罪率在 13 14 左右 这其中还有一部分人是 3 次 4 次再犯罪 其对于我国公共安全造成了重大威胁 本文在这个大背景下对 A 监狱服刑人员改造方式对公共安全威胁的影响研究 其意在帮助 A 监狱提升改造管理水平 降低服刑人员再社会的重新犯罪情况 减少 对公共安全造成的危害 本文共分为六个部分 第一个部分是绪论 对本文研究的 背景 思路 方法等进行简单的阐述 并着重的分析的了国内外相关研究的情况 第二部分是相关理论的概述 这一部分是本文的理论基础 第三部分是对于我国目 前的改造方式进行分析 并分别对三种改造
6、方式进行研究现状 发展现状以及存在 的问题对公共安全的危害进行研究分析 在第三部分研究的基础上 第四部分有了 对 A 监狱服刑人员改造管理情况调查的坚实理论基础和问卷调查内容设计 提高了 问卷调查的可靠性 通过第四部分的调查 发现 A 监狱服刑人员改造管理中存在的 问题与第三部分的研究情况大致相仿 只是在一些细节上存在些许的差异 对于这 个调查结果和显现出的问题 笔者在第五部分提出了相应的改进建议 希望 A 监狱 服刑人员的改造管理问题能够得到解决 切实的降低服刑人员再社会的重新犯罪率 减少对公共安全的危害 虽然此次的研究结果相对满意 但从研究中发现 A 监狱服刑人员改造管理存 在的问题并不是

12、e solid theoretical foundation and content of questionnaire design improve the reliability of the questionnaire Through the fourth part of the investigation found A prison inmates modification management problems that exist in the third part of the same but there are some differences in details To t
