3、erbs of frequency and place1) Adverbs of frequency (频度副词)Words that tell us how often something happens are adverbs of frequency; eg: always, constantly, frequently, hardly ever, never, often, rarely, seldom, scarcely ever, sometimes, usually occasionally etc.Sometimes we can see phrases that show h
4、ow often something happens, eg: every now and then, every ten days , once a week, from time to time etc. Adverbs of frequency often lie before the main verbs and after the first auxiliary verb; the phrases often e towards the end of the sentence.2) Adverbs of place (地点副词)Words that tell us where som
5、ething happens are adverbs of place, eg: above, below, up, down, here, there, upstairs, downstairs, anywhere, everywhere, elsewhere etc.Some phrases also can tell us where something happens, eg: in the west, between the houses, at the end of the road etc.Adverbs of place and phrases often e towards

Introduction of adverbs and adverbial phrases Adverbs can modify verbs, adjectives, adverbs, prepositions, most of adverbs are made from adjectives and the suffix ly. Adverbial phrases can tell us when, where, and how something happens. The adverb
