1、武汉体育学院 硕士学位论文 湖北省高职院校武术教学现状与对策研究 姓名：高贺 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：民族传统体育学 指导教师：梁亚东 20100601 I 摘摘 要要 高等职业教育是随着社会的发展而诞生的一种新的教育形式，是指在高中阶段的基 础上，为社会生产、服务、管理第一线培养高级技术应用的竞争性应用型人的专门教育 机构。高等职业院校作为高等院校的重要组成部分，在近几年的时间里，无论从学校的 规模上还是招生数量上都有较快的发展速度。最早的高等职业学校是由职工大学、成人 高校和中专合并而来的。在这种情况下，如何提高高职院校的体育教学也将是影响高职 院校教育教学质量提高的一个重要部分。学校体
2、育是学校教育的重要组成部分，而武术 教学作为体育教学的传统项目，对学生了解、掌握武术的发展和运动，作为终身体育锻 炼的重要手段，具有深远的影响。更是拓宽高职院校学生就业渠道、推动“大学生阳光 体育” 、 全民健身计划的实施，更能促进当代高职毕业生的劳动者就业的重要举措。 本文对湖北省高职院校武术开展情况、 教学内容、 教学形式、 教学目标等方面进行调查， 提出适应高职院校武术教学特点的对策，以促进我省高职院校的武术教学发展。本文通 过对湖北交通职业技术学院、武汉职业技术学院等湖北省 10 所高职院校的武术课教学 的作用、内容、目标、现状的调查与发展的主要问题为研究对象。本文运用访问调查法、 问
3、卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法、统计法、逻辑分析法。对湖北省高职院校武术公共 课进行调查后发现： （1）高职院校对武术课程的重视程度不够，学时安排较少。 （2）高职院校专业的武术教师太少，主要是由高年级的学生来教低年级的学生， 这就不同程度地影响了武术运动在高职院校良性发展。 （3）高职院校的学生绝大部分来自偏远山区和贫困的农村，在小学和中学根本没 有开设武术课，而学生本身也基本没有接触过武术。 （4）高职院校的武术教材不统一；武术场馆、器材不足，无法满足正常武术课教 学的需要 。 (5) 学院领导不重视武术。 学校本着以人为本、 安全第一、 处处为学生着想的原则， 把学生人身安全和健康作为自身
4、生存和发展的前提。因此高职院校武术散打运动没有开 展。 关键词：湖北省、高职院校、武术教学、现状、研究 II Abstract With the development of society, higher vocational college is a professional education organization which devotes to the career of training the high technical and compective talents for social production, service and management on the b
5、asis of high-school education. As an important part of higher education schools, vocational colleges have developed quickly in recent years in terms of quality and quantity. Considering the primary vocational colleges are combined by worker university, secondary specialized school and adulthood univ
6、ersity, how to enhance the quality of P.E. approaches is also an important part of raising the quality of the teaching of vocational colleges. P.E., as an important component of school education, its traditional item is Wushu. So, as an important method to fix body, understanding and controlling the
7、 development or movement of Whshu has a profound meaning, even a special way to raise the index of employment, to widen the ditch of employment, and to put the “sunshine P.E.” and the policy of “everybody should do sports” into practice. This essay focuses on the terms of operation, teaching content
8、, teaching form, teaching object and so on, and provides the countermeasures according to the features of Wushu in vocational colleges in order to improve the development of Wushu in Hubei provide. This essay puts the Wushu approaches in Hubei Communications Technical College, Wuhan Vocational Colle
9、ge and other 10 vocational colleges into the research objects, through the survey of the effect, content, objects, present situation, and the main problems, with the methods of questionnaire, documentary data, mathematical statistics, and logical analysis. There are the findings following: （1）The vo
10、cational colleges pay less attention to the courses of Wushu, having little teaching classes. （2）Because of the poor martial arts teacher resources, the phenomenon that senior students teach the grade students, affects benign development. of martial arts in higher vocational colleges in different de
11、grees. （3）The students in vocational colleges mostly come from remote mountain areas and countries. Because of the poor facilities and condition, and lack of the teachers, there arent III any wushu courses,. （4）It doesnt meet the needs of wushu courses at all that the mess in teaching books and lack
12、 of equipment and space （5）The college leadership does not attach the importance in Wushu course. Because holding the principle of “safety is superior to everything” and “work for students”, the colleges do not persuade the practical exercises of free boxing. Obviously, the safety and health are the

15、育项目，它不仅可以增强当代大学生的身心健康、 传承中华民族文化、树立当代大学生民族自信心、自尊心、也是实施科教兴国战略、促 进经济和社会可持续发展，也是调整我国经济结构、提高劳动者素质和加快人力资源开 发的必然要求。随着我国教育的发展，高职院校已成为高等教育的一支主力军，但这些 院校都处在发展初期，办学条件还有限，特别是体育运动设施相对比较匮乏。而开设武 术项目则需要有设备、器械、场地等条件相对其它项目来说比较容易满足。在高职院校 据推广和普及武术教学，吸引更多的武术爱好者来参与此活动中来，对弘扬中华，贯彻 和落实全民健身计划 ，培养学生“以人为本、终身体育”都具有现实而深远的意义。 武术教学
16、是高职院校体育教学中独具民族特色的一部分，是传承我国民族文化有着不可 替代的作用。高职院校武术教学对于提高学生运动能力，强身健体，培养学生良好的道 德情操具有重要的作用。湖北省高职院校学生对武术教学的教学理念，教学方法和教学 内容，以及学校的师资等方面还存在着严重的不足，应加强武术教学理论课教学内容， 改进教学内容，创新教学模式，加强高职院校的师资培养和引进，开展多种形式的课外 武术活动和武术社团的建设，从而改进湖北省高职院校的武术教学现状。 1.1 选题依据 高职教育是中国特色的创举。王前新在高等职业技术院校发展战略研究重点指 出了高职院校发展战略，指出高职院校核心竞争力这一理念。王前新认识为，高职院校 的核心竞争力主要体现在高职院校管理者的综合素质、人才培养、师资情况，以及全新 的教育理念、科学的专业设置、富有高职特色的人才培养
