2、制造业带来了巨大的进步。本文通 过对国外先进造船企业生产模式的研究，结合国内某造船企业转换造船模式的实践，用 精益管理的理论，全面、系统地分析研究了造船过程中的精益造船方法和途径，提出了 该企业精益造船生产计划管理模式。 精益造船生产计划管理模式的出发点是通过消除造船过程中的无效时间(不增值部 分)来减少资源浪费，采取拉动式计划管理，组织准时化生产，提高资源利用率，从而 实现缩短造船周期、降低造船成本、扩大造船产量和提高造船效率的目标。 计算机集成制造系统(CIMS) 技术结合了先进的信息技术和先进的生产管理理念， 能 够实现企业的生产经营活动的信息化、集成化，使之构成一个完整的有机系统，从而
3、更 加灵活快速地适应市场环境变化的要求。 作为企业管理系统重要组成部分的生产计划系统， 其主要任务是制定企业的生产计 划，安排企业生产，处理生产过程中的各种异常情况，保证企业各部门之间协调高效运 转。本文针对上海外高桥造船有限公司（以下简称为SWS）生产计划管理的现状和特点， 将精益造船的思想和计算机集成制造技术与SWS生产计划管理模式相结合，做了较深入 的研究，内容包括: 1) 论述了精益生产、精益造船模式以及针对SWS企业特点的CIMS集成管理平台，分 析了其中的生产管理系统以及与其它系统之间的关系。 2) 在对SWS造船生产流程、生产工艺特点进行研究的基础上，提出了基于精益造船 和集成制
4、造模式下的SWS生产计划管理系统模型。 3) 根据SWS生产计划系统模型，设计并实现了生产计划管理系统，并在企业中进行 了应用，应用效果分析显示生产计划管理系统可以使企业建造计划执行率得到 一定提高，降低了生产成本，实现了经济效益不断提升的目标。 基于精益造船模式的生产计划管理系统设计与实现 II 本文所研究和开发的SWS生产计划管理系统，是企业建设实施的信息化集成制造系 统的重要组成部分， 是企业上层管理与下层生产过程的重要桥梁。 通过对本系统的使用， 实现了企业计划调度的整体优化，最终达到缩短生产周期，加快资金周转，降低成本， 提高质量和服务水平，追求最佳经济效益的目标。 关键词关键词 精

6、e, the shipbuilding companies intend to make research on advanced production mode and adopt informationized measures to improve the production efficiency and management levels to better advantageous positions. The Lean Production Mode is one of the most advanced production modes, its success is bein
7、g learned worldwide, and its idea has led to great improvements for various production industries. This article makes comprehensive and systematic researches to the lean production methods and measures in the shipbuilding process and puts forth the production plan management system of the lean shipb
8、uilding, which is based upon researches to production modes of worldwide leading shipbuilding companies and the practice of Chinese shipbuilding companies in way of transforming shipbuilding mode. The Integrated Management System for Production Plan subject to Lean Shipbuilding intends to reduce res
9、ource wastes through eliminating invalid time in shipbuilding, it is functioned to adopt the plan-driven management and organize the in-time production as to accomplish the objectives of resource utilization improved, building circle shortened, costs cut, volume enlarged and efficiency promoted. 10、 computer integrated manufacture system (CIMS) characterized with advanced information technology and modern shipbuilding management philosophy is capable to fulfill the informationization and integration of production activities, which to be formed as a complete organic system and to meet the varie
11、d requirements of the shipbuilding market in more flexible and fast way. Based upon the current status and characters of the production plan management of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., ltd (SWS), the article makes further analysis to the combination of the philosophy of lean shipbuilding and computerized integrated pro
13、duction technology with SWS production planning mode, its contents are as follows: 1） It presents the Lean Production and Lean Shipbuilding Mode and analyze the relations between the plan management system and other systems based on CIMS with SWS characteristics. 2） Through researches to SWS product
14、ions process and workmanships, it puts forth the specific plan management system mode for SWS subject to the lean shipbuilding and the integrated production mode. 3） According to SWS Production planning system mode, design and realization of the production planning management system, and carried out
15、 in the enterprise applications, application analysis showed that production planning management system can enable enterprises to build the implementation of the plan to raise certain rates and lower production costs and achieve a goal of increasing economic efficiency. The production plan managemen
16、t system developed in this article is one important part of the informationization integrated production system and provides critical communication channel for top management with production process. The adoption of this system is to accomplish the integral optimization of the companys plan implementation and finally realize the objectives to shorten producti
