2、的一个过程，在政策层面上所反应出来的就是一场基 于力量博弈的利益政治战争。 现阶段，中国的社会阶层结构发生了深刻的变化，出现多元化的发展趋向。 其中中国私营企业主阶层的产生、形成和发展，最令人们关注。私营企业主政治 参与作为一种崭新的社会政治现象进入政治生活，将对我国政治民主的发展有着 深远的影响。处理好私营企业主政治参与的问题，关系到我国政治民主建设的成 败，关系到我国社会主义市场经济的进一步发展。 我国构建和谐社会观点的提出，要求要处理好社会各个阶层的关系，使各个 阶层在融洽的社会关系中和睦相处。中部崛起战略的制定，武汉城市圈“两型社 会”的构建更要求我们处理好私营企业主政治参与的问题，为
3、湖北省创造出更好 的政治参与环境来配合经济的快速发展。那么，作为社会主义市场经济发展相对 滞后的中部省份的湖北省，其私营企业主阶层的发展状况如何?为此，本文在解读 私营企业主政治参与内涵的基础上，以湖北省私营企业调查的数据资料为依据， 对人们比较关注的湖北省私营企业主阶层的政治参与状况作了深入调查研究，描 述了湖北省私营企业主政治参与渠道、内容与行动策略，概括了参与渠道自主性 不高、目标层次低、参与组织性不强、参与机会不均等等问题，就相关问题进行 了初步分析，阐明新阶段私营企业主政治参与具有的现实意义，最后提出了建构 公平有序的政治参与体制的对策性建议。 本文通过实证调查的方式，立足湖北省的实

5、ass. And in the production as a social class, the kind of private undertaking owner is very complex, coming from every corner of the social. But for this kind of people, the class consciousness is relatively vague. Now in the new stage of building a moderately prosperous society comprehensively, as
6、the social transition and economic restructuring, private undertaking owner requires to participate in political life extensively, and express the political demands and interests through the way. In other words, that is a process that the relationship between private undertaking owner and local offi
7、cials to establish, and on the policy level is to be reflected on the strength of a game that based on the interests of political war. At the present stage, Chinas social class structure has a great change, and trend to diversification. And the generation, formation and development of private undert
8、aking owner is the most concern. Private undertaking owner as a new socio-political phenomenon into the political lifes its political participation will take a deeply impact for the building of political democracy. It is a very important thing for the developing of Chinas socialist market economy an

One of a task of building a harmonious society in China is to deal well with the relationship between all levels of society, So that all sectors of society can smoke t

Strategies Rise of Central China, Wuhan “1+8” Metropolitan Area ask us to deal well with the private undertaking owners political participation in order to create a better environment for the developing of Hubei Province. In this paper, we have a deeply positive research and theoretical analysis on the issues of private undertaking owners political participation, basing on researching the theoretical foundation and investigation data of private undert

Then, we describe the channels, content and operational strategies of private undertaking owners political participation., and summarize the low degree of autonomy, lower level objectives, poorly organized and unequal opportunities of private undertaking owners politi
13、cal participation. Finally we take some countermeasures to build a fair and orderly participation in political system. In this paper, based on the actual Hubei province, we take a simple introduction for the theory of private undertaking owners political participation, and then study the problems of
