1、太原理工大学 硕士学位论文 火灾后钢筋混凝土结构检测鉴定方法及应用研究 姓名:赵强 申请学位级别:硕士 专业:建筑与土木工程 指导教师:张泽平;刘文林 20100501 太原理工大学硕士研究生学位论文 II 火灾后钢筋混凝土结构检测鉴定方法及应用研究 摘 要 随着国民经济的发展,基本建设规模越来越大,火灾给人民生命财产 造成严重损失的同时,也破坏了国家社会的基础设施,阻碍了国家经济发 展。为降低火灾给我们带来的损失,应该在加强安全用火管理的同时,大 力发展建筑火灾科学研究,提高建筑物防火、抗火能力,研究制定经济、 可行的灾后建筑物的评估、维修和加固标准有着重要意义。本文在归纳总 结前人研究成果

2、的基础上,着眼于研究成果在工程实际中的应用,主要在 火灾后钢筋混凝土构件的损伤程度分析、受火构件的检测、鉴定、加固等 几个方面进行探索,具体内容如下: (1)介绍了结构耐火、防火、抗火的设计目的,和对于遭受火灾的建 筑物的传统检测、鉴定及加固理论和技术手段,从而为该建筑物是否能够 继续使用或者采用怎样的加固技术提供依据。 (2)介绍了现阶段国内外对火灾后钢筋混凝土的研究动态,阐述了混 凝土损伤的破坏机理及基本特点。考虑到火灾后,钢筋混凝土结构构件的 损伤破坏的复杂性,采用合适的手段和方法对混凝土结构火灾损伤程度做 出科学、准确的评价,并据此制订受损结构的检测、修复和加固方案。 (3)综合讨论混

3、凝土结构缺陷检测的主要方法及其优缺点,总结国内 外混凝土无损检测发展概况及存在问题,并针对受火后混凝土构件的特点, 提出了适用于火灾后混凝土构件的检测方法。 (4)目前在火灾检测鉴定方面,我国尚无具有使用价值的国家规范和 太原理工大学硕士研究生学位论文 III 规程,故参考相关文献及某地方标准,针对财富大厦项目火灾鉴定实例, 对火灾后钢筋混凝土结构的温度场分析、不同构件的受损情况评估、加固 处理等各方面进行研究,制定了具体的检测和鉴定方法,得到了科学、客 观的检测鉴定结论。太原市建筑设计研究院根据该检测鉴定结论,对受损 构件出具了结构处理措施,加固修复后,该楼使用状况良好。结合该火灾 后钢筋混

4、凝土结构检测鉴定的结果,与国内外的理论研究情况进行了比对, 为进一步研究火灾后钢筋混凝土结构的受损情况提供了资料。 关键词:火灾,钢筋混凝土,结构,检测鉴定,应用研究 太原理工大学硕士研究生学位论文 IV INSPECTION AND IDENTIFICATION METHOD OF RC STRUCTURE AFTER FIRE DISASTERAND APPLICATION STUDY ABSTRACT With the development of national economy scale of capital construction is becoming larger and

5、larger. Fire disaster cause serious loss of life and property, simultaneously destroy national infrastructure and hinder the development of national economy. In order to reduce the loss caused by fire disaster safety management for fire operation should be strengthened; at the same time scientific r

6、esearch of building fire should be developed to increase fire protection and fire resistance capacity of building and schedule economic and feasible standards for evaluation, maintenance and reinforcement of buildings after fire, which has significant meanings. In this paper based upon summary of pe

7、rvious research results and with a view to engineering application of research achievement exploratory study is made on damage degree analysis of reinforced concrete members after fire as well as inspection, appraisement, reinforcement and other aspects. Concrete contents as follows: (1)Design purpo

8、ses of fire resistance, fire protection and fire fighting of structure are introduced as well as theoretical and technical means of traditional inspection, appraisement and reinforcement in order to provide evidence to determine whether this building can still be used or what is kind of reinforcemen

9、t technique should be selected. (2) Present research trends of reinforced concrete structure after fire disaster at home and abroad are introduced as well as failure mechanism and basic characteristics of concrete damage. Taken the complexity of fire damage failure of reinforced concrete members in

10、considerations scientific and accurate 太原理工大学硕士研究生学位论文 V evaluation is made on fire damage degree of concrete structure utilizing proper means and methods; at the same time inspection, repair and reinforcement schemes of damaged structure is worked out. (3) Major defect detection methods of concrete

11、 structure as well as their advantages and disadvantages are comprehensively discussed. General development situations of nondestructive detection technology at home and abroad and questions existed are summarized. In addition, according to the features of fire concrete members corresponding detecti

12、on method is proposed for structural detection of concrete members after fire. (4)There are not national codes and regulations with strong application values in our country at present in inspection and appraisement aspects of fire damaged structures. So that taken related literatures and some local

13、standards as references and combined with fire structure appraisement works of Fortune Tower project research is made on temperature field analysis, assessment of damaged conditions of different members, reinforcement treatment and other aspects. Practical inspection and identification methods are s

14、cheduled and scientific and objective inspection and appraisement conclusions are obtained. According to those appraisement conclusions structural treatment measures are presented. At the same time corresponding reinforcement and repairing treatment are conducted by Taiyuan Architectural Design Inst

15、itute, which receives good treatment effect. Combined with inspection and appraisement results of this reinforcement concrete structure after fire disaster comparison is made with theoretical research achievement at home and abroad, which provides good references for further study of fire damaged si

16、tuations of reinforced concrete structure after fire disaster.
