3、家之间的竞争、区域与区域之间的竞争、城市与城市之间的竞争日趋白热化。一个地区如何在越来越激烈的竞争中占据一席之地，必须对自身发展状况以及在竞争格局中所处的位置作出科学的评价和清醒的判断。对一个城市（城区）综合竞争力的评判经历了从定性到定量的渐进演变过程。特别是随着近年来竞争力理论、统计科学、城市经济学的不断发展以及各类统计方法的不断创新，为定量研究城市综合竞争力提供了基础和可能。审视国际、国内对城市竞争力的研究现状，各类评价方法各有所长，所构建的模型以及所依托的指标体系也丰富多样。但不容置疑的是，一个科学的评价体系及模型必须充分考虑地区的差异性特点。在推进国家中心城市建设战略中，重庆提出了做强
4、主城，充分发挥主城引领带动功能，促进城乡均衡发展的思路。在做强主城战略中，主城各区发展状况并不平衡，也在客观上存在功能趋同、产业趋同的弊端，各区之间发展水平和城市竞争力的差异还比较突出。本文阐述了城市竞争力的国内外研究现状,分析了城市竞争力的内涵、特征、理论基础，归纳了理论模型。并在此基础上,结合重庆主城各区的发展数据,对城市经济实力、城市经济外向力、城市科技竞争力、城市流转集散能力、城市公共服务力等五个方面进行研究,选取了 30 个指标作为大渡口区城市竞争力评价指标体系,并对该指标体系进行了分析。运用 SPSS 软件对指标体系数据进行了主成分分析和Weaver-Tho mas 模 型 分 析
