Wu8中国英语学习网第二章 宗旨、经营范围Wu8中国英语学习网Wu8中国英语学习网第六条 甲、乙方合资经营的目的是：合资双方依托吉林省内及国内旅游资源，共同出资打造历奇旅游项目，通过省内及国内各地历奇旅游项目的打造和历奇旅游行业标准的建立，在为双方寻求最大经济效益的同时，实现推动吉林省乃至全国旅游发展的良好的社会效益，本着互惠互利的原则，共同为发展旅游开发及相关产业，开拓国内外市场，进行友好
