2、理所当然地成为中国 石油提高管理水平的大势所趋。 然而， 目前比较成型的 ERP 软件中的报表模块过于单一， 其设计功能和理念不符合中国财务模式，满足不了现代企业个性化报表的需求；而中国 石油现用的 FMIS7.0 系统，其报表功能无论从设计上还是使用上都非常完善，本课题在 深入调研两个系统管理的功能特点及财务需求之后， 设计并实现了一个基于 ERP 和 FMIS 的融合系统（FSEF）。 课题首先对融合系统所涉及的数据来源进行了分析， 分别描述了财务处、 销售部门、 计划处和分公司四个部门的业务流程，强调了系统在财务管理上的优点，进一步阐明了 课题的实际意义；同时，通过分析目前两套系统各自的
3、优缺点，针对财务人员长期面临 大量重复的手工劳动等问题，设计并实现了两套系统的融合接口，使大量集成凭证利用 ERP 系统自动生成， 让 FMIS 手工录入凭证与集成凭证在两系统之间自动传递。 极大地减 轻了财务人员的工作负担，提高了整个公司的财务运行效率。 论文具体描述了如何实现该系统的关键技术，包括主数据与对照表的维护和使用、 凭证的传输、数据接口设计和实现、B/S 三层编码等，其中主数据与对照表的维护和使 用、数据接口设计与实现是本课题研究的重点和难点。 西北化工销售公司之前使用的财务管理系统也是 FMIS7.0，其最大的缺点是没有将 业务流程产生的电子信息加以利用，仍需手工录入凭证，但他
4、财务报表功能很强大；而 ERP 功能完善的流程再造模块恰恰提供了可定制的接口， 所以 FSEF 最终实现了 FMIS7.0 的电子信息重新被利用；FSEF 系统开发过程严谨，严格按照软件工程（SEP）思想，基 基于 ERP 和 FMIS 融合系统的设计与实现 II 于 MVC 设计模式，在企业级应用的 J2EE（Java 2 Enterprise Edition）平台上构建而 成。 本人作为西北销售公司的财务系统的主要使用人员和系统的研发人员， 具体负责此 次项目开发的业务调研、总体设计、需求分析和部分功能的测试工作，作为企业方的代 表，全程与研发人员一道针对 SAP 成套的系统进行流程再造，
5、进行接口定制开发，经过 严格的单、并轨测试，最终实现了适合公司生产、满足财务需求的 FSEF 系统。 目前，FSEF 系统在西北销售公司已投入测试使用，各方面反映良好，性能稳定，运 行效率高。融合系统一方面充分发挥了 ERP 系统的事前事中控制，实现了高度的集成性 及物流、资金流和信息流的统一；另一方面又具备现有系统强大的报表功能，消除了重 复录入和存储，大大减轻了财务人员的工作压力。实现了在同一界面下两个系统的数据 共享，从根本上完成了财务人员由“记账型”向“管理型”的转变，体现了高效率的财 务办公，进一步加快了公司的信息化和标准化进程。 关键词 ERP，FMIS，融合系统，J2EE 基于
6、ERP 和 FMIS 融合系统的设计与实现 III DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTEGRATED SYSTEM BASED ON ERP AND FMIS ABSTRACT Amid intense competition from domestic and international, the traditional management model is becoming the bottleneck of enterprise development - especially for state-owned enterprises, it is
7、a brook no delay task to introduce new management ideas and modern management methods, and to improve enterprise management level and market competitiveness. Global 500 companies have 80% of the application of ERP systems. To participate in international competition, PetroChina must introduce the wo
8、rld advanced management ideas and methods. The implementation of ERP systems in central of PetroChina naturally become the trend of improving the management level. However, the relatively riper ERP software in the report module is too much uniformity, its design features and concepts can not meet th
9、e financial model in China, and cant satisfy the individual of the modern enterprise reporting needs. While FMIS7.0 system used in PetroChina, whose reporting capabilities Whether by design or use are very perfect, the subject of intensive research in the functional characteristics of the two system
10、s management and financial requirements,we design an integration system(FSEF) of ERP and FMIS . First of all ,the data sources involved in FSEF were analyzed in the issues, which separately describes the business process of the account department, the sales department, planning office and branch off
11、ices , stressing on the merits of financial management in the system, further clarified the practical significance of the issue. The same time, by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the two systems respectively, for the long-term financial officers facing a lot of repetitive manual labor
12、and other issues, we designed and implemented the integration of the two systems interface, making use of a large number of integrated ERP system to automatically generate documents, which can reach the goal of FMIS manual entry certificates and vouchers in the two systems are automatically transmit
13、ted.Apart from that it can greatly reduce the financial burden on staff and improve the efficiency of the companys financial operation. 15、r used in Northwest chemical sales company is also FMIS7.0, its biggest drawback is that it didnt make use of the electronic information produced in business processing, and still hand-entry certificate, while its strong function is the financial statements. Meanwhile comprehensive ERP functionality
16、 Reengineering module provides exactly the interface which can be customized, so eventually the FSEF can reuse the FMIS7.0 electronic information,and then FSEF system development process is rigorous, strictly in accordance with the Software Engineering (SEP) ideology , based on MVC design pattern,built on enterprise applications a J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition) platform.
