1、 46m海事执法趸船技术设计(总体方案及第三部分) 46m海事执法趸船技术设计 (总体方案及第三部分) 专 业: 船舶与海洋工程 学生姓名: 刘学均 指导教师: 宁 萍 摘要长江是中国第一大河,亚洲第一大河,世界第三大河。是中国水资源最为富有的河流,也是所有中华儿女赖以生存的生命线。长江主干流通航里程长达2800多公里,享有“黄金水道”的美称。 随着长江沿江经济的飞速发展,给长江水运业带来了前所未有的大好机遇。同时给针对长江流域各级航段的海事执法也带来了新的要求。海事执法趸船是海事签证、执法、应急救援的重要水上基地。随着航运事业的发展、科学的进步以及工作的需要,对于海事执法趸船的布局合理性,设

2、备先进性,安全性,舒适性和环保方面的要求越来越高。然而,从趸船结构和使用性能上来看,老式趸船已经很难满足现代工作需要。 现有的海事趸船部分老旧,无论是从布置地位、船舶性能、使用功能等各方面都跟不上海事执法、发证现代化进程的需要,而且随着生活水平的提高,此类船舶也难以满足海事工作人员工作和生活的需要。再者这些老旧趸船的安全隐患日益突出,致使船舶维修成本成倍增加。因此,进行“46m海事执法趸船技术设计总体方案”的研究,对于优化办公环境、先进办公设备、提高办公效率、严肃执法形象等方面有着很大的理论价值和现实意义。本文主要通过分析母型船的性能特点,广泛收集母型船的相关资料以及分析所设计船舶航行区间的水

3、域特点,在确保设计船舶稳性、抗沉性、操纵性、经济性等的基础之上,本小组人员共同讨论了46m海事执法趸船技术设计的总体方案,根据最新相关法规和建造规范等,小组成员进行了主要要素参数的确定,型线设计和总布置设计。本人设计的重点是船体的干舷计算、主甲板围壁结构图、外板展开图、载重线标志及水尺图的设计和绘制,以及船体说明书的书写。关键字:海事执法趸船、干舷计算、主甲板围壁结构图、外板展开图、载重线标志及水尺图、设计IABSTRACT The Yangtze River is the largest river in China, Asias largest river, the third longe

4、st river in the world. Chinas richest water resources of the river, it is the lifeline for the survival of the Chinese people. Navigation of the Yangtze trunk mileage of more than 2800 kilometers, known as the golden waterway said. With the rapid economic development along the Yangtze River, the Yan

5、gtze River water to bring unprecedented opportunity. At the same leg of the Yangtze River Basin for all levels of maritime law enforcement it has also brought new demands. Maritime law enforcement barges maritime visas, law enforcement, emergency rescue important maritime base. With the development

6、of the shipping industry, scientific progress and the need to work, for the layout reasonable, equipment advanced, safety, comfort and environmental protection requirements increasing maritime law enforcement barges. However, the structure and performance of the barges, the old-fashioned barges have

7、 been working hard to meet modern needs.Most of the old existing maritime barges, arranged in terms of all aspects of performance and function can not keep up maritime law enforcement, certification needs modernization, and with the improvement of living standards, such ships are difficult to meet t

8、he maritime staff working life needs, while these barges security risks have become increasingly prominent, maintenance costs increase exponentially. Therefore, the study 46m maritime law enforcement barges technical design overall program, for optimizing the office environment, advanced office equi

9、pment and improve office efficiency, serious image of law enforcement, and so has a great theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, by analyzing the performance characteristics of the parent type of the ship, the ships extensive collection of female-related data and analysis of the desi

10、gn characteristics of the ship sailing waters IIrange in ensuring stability of the ship design, anti-sinking performance, handling and economy, based on the Panel staff to discuss the maritime law enforcement barges 46m overall technical design scheme, according to the latest regulations and constru

11、ction norms, team members identify the main elements of the parameters, profile design and overall layout design. I focus on the design of the hull freeboard is calculated, the main deck surrounding wall structure of the outer panel expanded view, water gauge load line mark and map design and render
