1、年产3000吨聚碳酸酯板材车间51工艺设计设计总说明 聚碳酸酯英文名称是Polycarbonate,简称PC。 它是一种强韧的热塑性树脂,是分子链中含有碳酸酯基的高分子聚合物,根据酯基的结构可分为脂肪族聚碳酸酯、脂环族聚碳酸酯、芳香族聚碳酸酯之分,除此还有一双酚A为基础的卤代双酚A聚碳酸酯、聚酯聚碳酸酯和有机硅-聚碳酸酯嵌段共聚物等。但现在获得了工业化生产的聚碳酸酯只有双酚A 型芳香族聚碳酸酯。所以,通常所说的聚碳酸酯指的是双酚A型聚碳酸酯。由于聚碳酸酯分子机构中包含了柔性的聚碳酸酯基与刚性的苯环从而使其具有许多其他工程塑料所不具备的特殊性能,并因此得到了广泛的应用。由于聚碳酸酯结构上的特殊性

2、聚碳酸酯具有良好的透光性、较高的玻璃化温度、理想的可化学修饰性、易于物理改性,以及良好的冲击韧性、抗蠕变性、电绝缘性、耐候性、生理惰性等一系列独特的优点,使其应用范围迅速拓展,成为工程塑料中发展最快的品种,并因此受到世界各工业大国的极大关注,现已成为五大工程塑料中增长速度最快的通用工程塑料。聚碳酸酯产品纯度和透明度高,综合性能优良,广泛应用于汽车、建筑、包装、医疗保健、家庭用品、航空、航天、电子计算机、光盘等领域。根据下达的设计任务书,本设计进行了年产3000吨聚碳酸酯板材车间工艺设计。通过查阅大量的文献资料和调研实习,对聚碳酸酯板材的一般性能和工艺性能进行了总结,对聚碳酸酯板材的生产工艺进行

3、了科学论证,对物料、热量进行了衡算,对挤出机、三辊压光机等型号的选定进行了明确的计算。就车间管理与生产组织、工程经济概算进行了规划,确定了年产量3000t的PC板材的挤出成型工艺,其原料可行,车间管理与生产组织完善。 本次设计的特点是从厂区布置到车间生产过程,以及废料处理最大限度的简化生产,提高生产效率,提高了原料的利用率,并且使产品符合市场的要求。本设计任务PC板材的年生产总量为3000吨,根据计算,可连续班次生产,每日三班,生产线两套,根据年产3000吨聚碳酸酯板材工艺设计进行了车间的布置设计,本设计中,车间采用长方形双层厂房。车间的尺寸(长宽高)为35m24m14m。厂房的选址根据自然地

4、理特征,运输条件,水源和动力供应条件、建筑施工 条件以及工人住宅条件等原则进行优选。本设计根据设计任务书所下达的任务,顺利完成对PC板材挤出成型工艺设计。在整个设计过程中,我对PC板材的生产的流程有了一个全面的认识。并根据所学的专业知识,结合自己在认知实习中的经验,灵活应用,为今后从事相关的生产管理工作打下了一定的基础。本设计由许春华老师指导,他提出了许多宝贵的意见来帮助我完成了PC板材车间工艺设计,在此我衷心感谢他。由于透明PC板材挤出成型工艺设计的知识面很广,而我的知识和经验有限设计错误和不妥之处,恳请批阅老师批评指正。关键词: 聚碳酸酯板材;PC板材;挤出成型;车间工业设计 Illust
